Beauty. Care with which it was furnished. Friendly staff.

Breakfasts not good--dull/boring. Room very nice but stuffy for sleeping/had to borrow a fan.

The people at Koza were always willing to help. We asked a lot of questions and they always sat down with you and nothing was a bother. Lovely little place up in the cave area. Not far to walk down the hill to the main 'Goreme' area.

Amazing family-run business. The whole family is very helpful, courteous, speak English fluently, I felt like being at home, away from home. Our breakfast was included and it was really good food!!!! Location was great, 5 minute downhill walk to town where is very lively. Thank-you for your hospitality!

It was a bit hot when we were there from Sept 1-4. Next time I would pick dates later in September.

The staff at this family-run place are super helpful with booking transportation to/from the airport and excursions. Koza Cave has a lot of terraces and we spent lots of time sitting there enjoying the sunset.

There isn't air conditioning, so the room was a bit warm sometimes. But we didn't go anywhere in Cappadoccia that had AC...

Hotel is run by Mustapha, his sister and 2 nephews and reminded me of B&B with character. Our room was clean, interestingly furnished and cool (despite no A/C). The breakfast was good and the view from the terrace is brilliant (fairy chimneys).

Only a curtain and half wall between bedroom and bath. A bit strange!

Very good staff help in every way. Nothing was too much for them to do including lifts to a travel agent, help during a medical emergency and early breakfasts when needed. Loved the whole atmosphere including the peaceful terrace and cave room.

Location is very close tot he bus stop, car rentals, restaurants and shops Great view of Goreme Hospitality was amazing Helpfulness of owners Great aesthetics- beautiful flowers and tastefully decorated rooms Very clean

The room was a bit stuffy- but its a cave hotel so! We requested for a fan and that solved my problem.

I liked it all from the first hello to me finding out that Bookings overbooked the hotel.. Not to worry Koza put me in a suite for 2 days and charged me my normal rate...a family run hotel they all take pride in their hotel and they are all so attentive and knowledgable about Cappadoccia ... Each room is uniquely decorated and they are there 24/7 to help... Breakfast is very good and it always comes with a lot of smiles.. Plus you are sleeping in a cave .. This is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in while inTurkey..

    I didn't find anything wrong

The taste and decoration of the room were simply splendid. In addition to that, the room and bathroom (large with a bath tub and very good quality bath products) were very comfortable. We strongly recommend the restaurant next door called Sateen. The owners (the hotel is ran by a family) are very kind and helpful and speak very good English.

Maybe breakfast could be improved, but regardng the room itself, it's one of the top three boutique hotels we've stayed in!

The room was very interesting looking, nice and spacious. Staff bent over backwards to assist me make plans and offered tea/coffee when they noticed I was up before breakfast enjoying the wonderful view from the terrace. Helped me arrange tours and transport. Breakfast was great and offered something for everyone. The room, hotel and surroundings were quiet, restful. Nearby restaurant was good and reasonably priced which was perfect cause the hotel is at the top of a hill. Yes top of a hill but then again, nice views from the terrace. Worth the splurge, particularly since I was sick and the peacefulness and helpfulness of the staff made me feel relaxed.

Fantastic cave hotel in Cappadocia! Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in arranging our stay and helping us to plan excursions through local agencies. Delicious Turkish breakfast, free bottles of cold water available all day (seems basic but in Cappadocia in the summer it is an amazing hotel service for us!), 5 minute walk to all of the "downtown" Goreme restaurants and shops. The room was great - cave style but with nice decorations so it didn't feel too rustic, it was a little hot in the room during the day (no AC similar to most cave hotels) but comfortable at night - we also chose to visit the region in July so we knew about the heat! Overall a wonderful stay and experience, we would recommend to anyone traveling to Goreme!

This was a magical little spot up on a hill with a beautiful view. Samed and his brother were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with all our questions and needs. We would definatly stay again and recommend if you want to stay in a quaint charming cave hotel.

    Everything was great.

This location was perfect and the hotel offered little terraces and nooks to relax in. The room was lovely and was cleaned every day. Coffee, tea and water was basically on tap and always available. The staff, which consisted of family members, were exemplary. We would most sincerely recommend Koza Cave to anyone wanting a pleasant and desirable stay in Cappadocia.

    Nothing to dislike.

Did not have our room ready on time so upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. It was awesome! Literally, it was a cave in the hill side turned into a hotel room. We had 2 windows and a sky light. We made good use of the Jacuzzi and the candles in the room. Best hotel stay in a while.

It was further up the hill than many other hotels but I think the quality was unmatched compared to other hotels in the area.
