Score from 20 reviews Very good
This private Ottoman house is quietly situated in a cobblestone street, just a 7-minute walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The hotel’s bar terrace overlooks the Marmara Sea.
Score from 480 reviews Very good
price near to airport access to best shops near to great port nice traveling
just speed internet is very low bad fridge

Helpful staff nice location even dropped us at airport 3am
Location from air port
Playing in reservation I paid for 2family rooms & got 1 family& triple room
I chose this hotel for the 3rd time. I already provided my review last time. as always, I am pleased with staff generosity, convenient location and facilities.
The rooms were nice and quiet. Close to transport, Nice breakfast, Nice view from breakfast venue. We would like to thank Mr. Levent for his hospitality.
Location is fine and kind personals
Very quite inside it was a little bit awful to be alone on that hotel, might be I felt it may be really. The breakfast is poor
first of all staff were very kind and helpful! our room was very clean and we had a great access to internet(speedy wifi) breakfast menu was really complete! and most important is the access to bus station and metro station!max 15 min walking! and this hotel is so close to ataturk airport(with taxi and metro max 20 min)
walls need a new painting! they should put a traveller guiding leaflet or map of istanbul so that travellers can use them in their own languages.
very close to the airport, andaccommodating with holding our luggage until flight time. Breakfast buffet on the roof.
The bathroom had a really serious musty smell. Very hard for taxi to find, hotel should put nearest intersection on the booking.com address.
I stayed at Hotel Kuk for several days and although my room was a bit small, it was neat, clean and the staff were just fantastic. One night since all the cafe's were closed, the staff made me a special plate with bread, cheese and veggies with sweet tea. It was beyond their call. They were super friendly and made me feel welcome on my first trip to Istanbul. The area is safe as a solo female traveler. And a 3-5 minute walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Starbucks, and 2 big malls. Close to the airport and 10 minute taxi ride to Florya Beach Pelaj (approx 20 tl). Also, nice view from the rooftop where breakfast is served.
No hot kettle for tea/coffee facility in room. Not enough electric outlets.
It was just a stopover break for the night. Location is relatively close to airport (about 22 Turkish Lira for the taxi one way) ; the area close to hotol is nice. We had one room for the family it was ok.
Good location, if staying just overnight between flights. Close to Ataturk Airport. Small, clean place. Some local market nearby, nice for geting some local sweets etc
Girl in reception didn't spoke much in English, then was not able to help with answers.
Suburb of Bekirkoy where the hotel is located, is nice, alive and safe. Inside hotel it's ok, somehow austere. Outside hotel is very "Turkish", I mean it's typically for this part of the world: the traffic, the shopping area, the food, etc.
Proximity to the cemetery.
Good value and fairly close to the airport. Friendly staff.
Somewhat hidden on a small side street.
I have been in this Hotel twice, on february and on June 2014 with my mother. Want to say all my positive opinion about the Hotel and the staff, especialy Levent Bey, he always helped us with all our problems. We need extra time on check out period, he helped us, also helped with the car to airport (if you need comfortable car it will be 30turkish lira). The rooms are very clean all the time, every day they change towels, even in 5star hotels thereisnt such a service, the breakfast is very tasty, always fresh and delicious. The location of hotel is best, near busstop and metro station, airport is not so far, near some shopping malls.i know if i want visit Istanbul again i will choose this hotel again, thanks very much to all the staff and especially my respect to Levent Bey, such a kind and professional person in this sphere! Good luck!
First of all it was a great experience staying in Hotel Kuk. The location is great near the metro and the bus stations. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is a family hotel and very safe to stay in. The hotel isn't a 5 star hotel but the people in the hotel really are 5 star people especially Haydar who is the morning staff and Serafettin who is the night staff, which I watched the world cup with till the morning :). They are really nice people I would definitely visit the hotel again.
Nothing that I didn't like it was a excellent experience overall.
Needed a place closer to Ataturk International and this was the best option at the time for the price point. The staff was great (morning and night). They let us checkin at like 10am! They have shuttle service setup which was very helpful for our early morning flight out.
The room could be more comfortable. Possibly the mattresses were basic. Carpet seems old.
Very friendly staff and management who were responsive to any request.
The furniture was very dirty and the walls ware so nasty and one of the staff "girl"..she was so rude.."
Breakfast area is very nice, and it has a beautiful view. The breakfast options were light and refreshing. The staff are all helpful and polite.
The reception area is above street level, so climbing the stairs to there with suitcases is very uncomfortable.
Pls take this advice from a Business person who is frequent in Turkey. (Hotel kuk has Bad customer service. The receptionist was very rude, barely spoke English, very non chalant, I had to conclude that she was frustrated so I Had to call in the Police at some point cos of her harassment. Please save your money and time, look for a good hotel. It's the most horrible hotel in Istanbul.
Not far from the airport. Value for money.
The facilities are a little old because the Hotel has been open for quite a long time.
It was in the center of a shopping area
The staff hardly speak any other language than Turkish
I arrived late as my plane was at night. When I came to the hotel the only room was left is not big enough to accommodate my family. The room was full of mosquitos and not very clean. I spent most of the night trying to find and kill the mosquitos. When I asked the receptionist to give me better room his answer was that they are very busy and no other room available. I booked 3 months in advance and payed £ 75 for the room. What a waste of money? I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Do not waste your money. Find a different hotel. OM
Very comfortable and extremely clean room!
From street level to the front desk, you have to go upstairs for around 10 steps, which is difficult for those after a long flight and heavy luggage.
