We loved the view of the sea from our duplex suite room 116, it was wonderful to wake up to this spectacular view each morning and have breakfast overlooking the sea! The courtesy bus at 10, 1 and 8 was very useful. We enjoyed the hotels beach bar for our greek salads and beers at lunchtime! It would have been useful on occasion to have a courtesy bus back to the hotel, although the walk was good exercise. I would have been prepared to have paid a nominal amount for this service The location of the bar to our room wasnt great if you wanted to get some sleep, occasionally there was some late night noise from the bar but we appreciate people are on holiday and do want to enjoy themselves - but do they need to shout? The beach bar menu could be a little more extensive - would have liked to have seen hummus/tzatziki available and it would have been great for it to be lit up for an early evening drink and snack - such a beautiful spot! 4% commission is charged there to use your credit card!!! |

great views, friendly staff, good breakfast, good rooms, good pools, easy access to beach, nice vibe, lots to see and do in the area, Great restaurants in Kalkan (best steak - Doy Doy, best Fish - Rendezvous) it is a bit out of the town (30 mins walk) there is a minibus that takes you into town for free, and you can get a cab back. We quite liked the walk back, but might not be to everyones taste |

The location was stunning. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Very relaxing especially the area for swimming off the rocks. Breakfast was fantastic. very good overall but rooms need re-furbish and restauraunt needs re-think of menus. Most people went out to eat but could be tempted if more imagination could be put into food served. |

Wonderful location with numerous small terraces with sunbeds overlooking a lovely small cove with crystal clear water. Staff were excellent, great value for money. Built on a hillside so many many steps from seaside to room, restaurant etc. Rooms are a good size but the bathrooms are tired and need upgrading. Mould in shower cubicles. |

The exterior features of the hotel were what made it so good - varied locations around pools and down through gardens to the rocky cove for relaxing on sun loungers, and also the lovely coastline views. Kalkan was superb for eating out in the evenings - a fantastic choice of restaurants with a really high standard of food at reasonable prices. We had a hire car, which made the journey in and out of Kalkan much easier, and also allowed a few trips - to Kas, Saklikent Gorge, Pinara rock tombs, and Patara Beach. We would also recommend a day trip on a boat from Kalkan. The time of year (Sep/Oct) was ideal for sunshine without it being too hot. The room (we had a double suite) was large but rather basically furnished. The bathroom was very pokey and seemingly not cleaned at all during the week. The matress was a little hard and lumpy. |

Location was brilliant. Friendly service and hotel in the main was really good apart from a few grumbles The room cleaning was bad - in fact apart from the last days when the bed was showered with rose petals etc I would say they made the beds and thats it (rubbish was not cleaned away - glasses were dirty - shower and basin never cleaned. Also glass doors into a bathroom for a twin room is not appropriate and the doors looked like they had been installed by a 2 year old, plaster and filler everywhere |

The setting was perfect. Enough sunbeds for all guests. Breakfast was plentiful if a bit limited for a 10 day stay. The food served at the pool bar was poor. We only ate at the main restaurant once but the food served there was much better. |

Staff were absolutely fantastic - from the manager to the waiters, reception and clening staff - they made our stay perfect in every way. You were able to stay in your room until you departed for the airport - very much appreciated! Really wonderful hotel and worth every penny! The beds in our room were quite hard - didn't sleep so well. |

The genuine friendliness of the staff and the quiet location, equally the quality of the restaurants in Kalkan and without doubt the weather. |

Delightful hotel. Perfect peaceful location. Friendly staff. Hakki is the most solicitous and professional maitre d' anywhere. If you need it - he will get it for you. Ridvan will look after you at reception and all you have to do is relax......The duplex suites are cosy. Duplex bathroom is tiny. The spa is disappointing - lights out, no-one home - sauna and jacuzzi should be ready to use anytime....The restaurant is pricier than those in town. The courtesy bus needs to do a few more trips and should also offer return journeys - especially from the harbour. Don't attempt the walk up from Kalkan unless you are a mountain goat..........or an athlete |

Everything, but to sum it up the staff were amazing and location perfect and shuttle service a real bonus! Magical! Lunch was poor, burgers, pizzas, etc some traditional turkish food for lunch would have been more tasty and suitable, eg small meze, kebab ect! |

The easy access to the sea - perfect for swimming. The view from balcony (room 602). The attentive staff. Room in need of some care - no smoke alarms, hard bed, tiny shabby bathroom (although housekeeping were excellent) |

Beautiful setting with fantastic views and very helpful and charming staff There was nothing we didn't like, but it wouldn't be suitable for anyone elderly or disabled due to the large number of steps. |

The location and peaceful, relaxing nature of the hotel were perfect. The attitude and friendliness of the staff was fantastic The grounds and gardens were beautifully kept Only slight recommendation if I can think of any constuctive critisism would be to maybe give the rooms a more "boutique" feel. Perhaps clean and simple lines and not wrought iron furniture! i also personally love a television in my room so perhaps upgrade some rooms with a television in them but some people dislike television so this is a personal choice. |
