Good pool area and great access to the sea via ladder The rooms are very dated and the bathrooms are dirty. They simply have not been cleaned.

Lovely location. Large comfortable suite although hardly 'de luxe'. Dolmus bus a great facility to get into Kalkan. What a treat to have no tv in the room Hotel very much in need of a facelift. They seem to spend money on trivia and not look at the fabric of the hotel. Breakfast was rather boring with no variation during our weeks stay. Would hate to stay when the hotel is full as I think it would feel closterphobic. Although not the hotel as such but the transfers from Dalaman are very expensive.

The proximity to the sea which most of the hotels in Kalkan do not have -Staff were absolutely brilliant and always happy to deal with any issues or requests. The hotel is further out of town than some of the others but the hotel runs a free shuttle service into town and taxis are relatively cheap. The little cove was lovely and the ability to be able to swim in the sea everyday was fantastic - good snorkelling - lovely little outcrops of rocks with sunbeds and umbrellas definitely won us over and we would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it. Had to ask for towels to be changed even though we were told they should've been changed every 2 days. Weren't aware until the end of the holiday that the hotel provides beach towels so perhaps reception should inform you what you should expect on arrival. A few issues with airconditioning unit but staff very responsive in sorting out the problem

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good choices for breakfast. The cliffside sunbathing areas with access to the sea for swimming. The fact that there was public access to the sunbathing areas which meant that there was less choice of seating/loungers for guests. Also the hotel is advertised as "children free", but because of the above access this was not true in certain areas.

The staff were lovely and helpful. It is in a beautiful location and very relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to totally relax and get away from things. Perhaps the food in the evening could have been better.

Amazing view, delicious buffet breakfast. Recommend the Deluxe rooms booked through Booking.com as a noticeable difference in standard and size of rooms below this grade. All staff were delightful and very helpful even in 30 degree heat! Hamman in basement of hotel and massage is a must. As steps everywhere good way to keep fit. Nobody under 16. Distance from the centre of Kalkan which we already knew. Transfer to town from hotel was not free and by dolmus which could be crowded - all part of the holiday!

Relaxed attitude and the attention of the young but enthusiastic staff and manage. No children under 16 was a huge factor for us booking this Hotel yet again.

Although the rooms here are very simple the location is stunning, one of the best in kalkan. Staff very friendly and helpful. Incredible value for money, if rooms were upgraded could give kalkan regency competition Orange cordial at breakfast instead of orange juice.

“Very great location in front of the sea and very enjoyable swimming pool. Staff very kind and helpful. The owner (the wife) speaks a very good English (and German too) that is not that common in Turkey.” Simone, Milano |
