This private Ottoman house is quietly situated in a cobblestone street, just a 7-minute walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The hotel’s bar terrace overlooks the Marmara Sea.

Score from 281 reviews Good
The hotel has very good position: it is very close to tram station, and to mostly historic monuments and museums. The place is quite. Hotel’s staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. Good value.
It was near to old city and easy to go to anywhere
You can hear other rooms noise from your room
We liked the location, the staff were friendly and thr breakfast was good too.we recommend that you take the hotel shuttle too.it s less expensive than whats online.
The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable . The air conditioner was nice and cool .
The reception was a bit scruffy not like the photos and some staff were unhelpful. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be and the sink was leaking . The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos and not as smart.
Value of money and good breakfast
Weak internet signal, or no signal I'm my room
The staff made the hotel to be more interesting
As in the picture when I booked it, was showing that they have sauna and gym but none f them was right just wana say they should either take the pics away or they fix them things thanks
The staff was rather crude from the first moment. The bed was not clean at all when i checked-in, stains all over the place and the following days the would come to clean the room at around 2pm (instead of breakfast time). Considering the location of it, quite close to the old city by tram at least, but very poor area with busy people running around and fighting on the streets during mid-day. If you are visiting for holidays just try some other place !
Everything is just excellent
More care from the management on the utilities of the hotel, especially in the bathroom and in the room itself too
Manager's and many clients too much smoking in the hotel lounge
Everything was great, Kasim and whole team are kind and especialy , Hasan too, very amuzing.Super!
All and everything !
- location was perfect, you can reach the city center easily (30 min walk or tram - station is 2 min away) - staff is aways polite and helpful, especially the manager - fair breakfast
I can't think ot anything..
The location is perfect. Only 10 minutes walking to Grand Bazaar and about 20 min to Sultanameth. Very well connected with tram station Yusufpasa (50 m) and Aksaray metro station (200 m). Lots of eating spots and ATM's around the hotel. Rooms are good, we stayed at a family one and it was just fine.
Nothing really important to point on the negative side, besides the quality of wifi connection which was quiet poor.
Good value for the money. Friendliness and helpfulness of the Hotel Staff. Location with respect to nearness of Tram and Metro.
W-Lan available, central location 7 min foot walk from tramway line to down town. Generally speaking nice service people. ''Garden'' is a 45 sqm green area in the back, despite its small size a valuable asset when travelling with small children. Access to terrace in the evening (to have food for instance). 5th floor room facing the street was relatively calm at night.
Upon arrival, clerk explains that no more 4 people rooms are available. I had booked and paid for 4 people 3 months ago! I accepted a 3 people room with an extra bed, and some fuzzy calculation resulted in 8% discount. I accepted. But then I had to fight hard with the clerk and the manager for three days to get this refund cashed out. My recommendation: Do not pay before arrival, and only after visiting the actual room. Another weak point: Only instant coffee (no filter coffee), breakfast caters to Arab visitors mainly. The room was not correctly cleaned upon arrival. I don't expect shiny floors but plenty foreign hair and dust is unacceptable for any category a hotel.
The location was pretty close to Sultanahmet.
quality of breakfast
We booked a room that was the first and only after we have left our rooms have changed protest Vglayh
This hotel is good in general. It's in the middle of many shopping centres and restaurants.
The rooms are a little bit small especially for 3 persons. The table in the rooms are very very small.
Good value for money Good location
The personnel could hardly speak english The shower hose was damaged There was a bad smell in the bathroom (not good ventilation)
i enjoyed my stay as the staff where very helpful. it was hard because of the language barrier but we had a good understanding. I would recommend anyone i know to stay there if they happen to visit. It was situated in a good spot close to everything i needed.
Most of the rooms were a decent size
The street of the hotel is very narrow with lots of old, ugly buildings around. There s no decent parking for a bus nearby. Rooms were not properly cleaned. For its price it s not what you would expect.
Receptionist Br. Hussain & Br. Kasim were really nice people. Both of them were very helpful in every aspect.
5 Lira for a glass of bland orange from oranges that were thawed early morning.
Cleaners barging into the room without knocking. Or skipping our room entirely. Then if they do knock, insisting on keeping on knocking even when we are clearly still in the room and not about to leave it just for them to clean it (in the afternoon!).
