Rooms are reasonably comfortable and breakfast good.

The aircon in my room didn't work, which as it was August was vital! I reported this immediately and several hours later when returning to the hotel it still wasn't fixed. The owner was aggressive and surly saying it was a Sunday and nothing could be done. He refused to offer me another room or even a refund (when I suggested I could look for another hotel) even inferring that I had broken it! The next day I asked for a partial refund as I had had no sleep; I was shouted at and lied to, saying they had offered me a room in their 'other hotel' (not true!) A really awful unprecedented experience.

Free valet parking, breakfast included, located in old city, top room on the end is probably the best. Very good vfm.

Difficult to get to with sat nav. Need very good directions if approaching from the south.

This Hotel is a little Gem. Its a small family run hotel right in the heart of the old city. Location could not be better. Comfy clean rooms. Staff are all lovely. Breakfast is buffet type, typical Turkish fare with good variety every day including juice, tea and coffee served to your table. Really had a lovely stay here and would defiantly go back. The old city is beautiful and you are just around the corner from the broken Minaret and a couple of minutes from Hadrians Gate. Food at the hotel is basic but good, must recommend the Chefs chicken soup which we all agreed was the best soup we had ever had. Would also recommend Vanilla restaurant which is in walking distance. We went to Nights of Anatolia which was excellent and visited Side and Aspendos. Trips can be organised by the hotel but shop around you can get some cheaper elsewhere. Really loved this hotel and Antalya, hope to go back again soon.

The family staff were very friendly, including Papa who got some negative reviews previously! It's not 5 star but it is perfect if you want to relax. It is not for snobs.

A very good location, staff always willing to help nothing too much trouble. Our room was nice but a little to much furniture but very clean breakfast was good.

Only one thing if it were to rain there is no inside restaurant so you have to eat outside which can be quite chilly in March and April.

The housekeeping was at the lowest level. I stayed for 7 nights all the housekeeping did was just putting towels in the toilet. When I complained one of stuff told me yes you are completely right and we apologize for that, at that time I've let some clothes in laundry and I expected after this bad housekeeping the laundry would be free of charge, but this wasn't happen and they told me we asked the housekeeping about that and she answered she was doing cleaning everyday ( which meant I'm lying ). The problem was not that, the problem was the laundry was wet!!!! I was very disappointed in the last day.

great hotel and close to the main street where there was lot of good shops .It was also easy walk to marina, hadrian gate, hirdirlik tower and old market . The owners and staff were always there to help you out with anything. They used to always find a parking for me. The breakfast was nice and the owner was kind enough to give me late checkout. Excellent hotel to stay in Antalya old city of kaleici

Breakfast was very delicious, not buffet but the choices of the cook were very tasty. Very clean room with a wifi connection.Perfect choice ang great value for money

Location is great. Pool area and breakfast. Also excellent value wines when we had a meal there food very good too. Owner cant do enough for you. If though you are an english speaker a bit of german is useful!

Only a bit of noise from the small bar across the street. Although it does offer a large Tuborg for just 6 TL. Maybe bring ear muffles?

Very good location. Walking distance to town but very quiet. You are in the old town but right on the edge. Staff helpful.

Advertised as having a kitchen, but only had a sink. No fridge, cooker, kettle or anything. But the staff were happy to give me boiling water in a thermos and milk for a cup of tea. I had tea bags. Rooms on top floor built into roof space, bit low and hard to use all room. Ok for one night, but more than that would be annoying.

In general good room and good location. Good brackfest

    1. Exchenge rate usd to local carruncy on reception (when we want pay for hotel) was really bad(it was like 1.4 when it is 2.0 in other place), when Exchenge rate Euro to local currency was acceptable. It is mean better go to that hotel with Euro or change $ to local caurrency in town 2.remote control for aircondition and tv was without proper battery.

Having the pool to cool off in and relax beside after a busy day was a big advantage. The location is also excellent as it is away from the busier centre of the old city yet a short walk to the harbor.
