Hôtel à taille humaine (17 chambres) ce qui permet un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Engien vous accueille comme si vous faisiez partie de la famille et est aux petits soins du moment où vous effectuez la réservation sur booking jusqu'au départ de l'hôtel. Nous étions à 4 avec 2 ados dans la chambre 102 et tout était parfait : vin pour les parents, eau pour les enfants, petits gâteaux et fruits frais en arrivant, une attention appréciée à sa juste valeur après un long voyage. De plus d'une très grande propreté chambre et parties communes. Engien nous a également aidé pour la location de la voiture et a organisé pour nous un vol inoubliable en montgolfière. Nous y avons également pris notre dîner et petit déjeuner et là aussi tout était parfait. Surtout n'hésitez pas, fuyez les grands hôtels impersonnels et venez vous faire chouchouter au lalesaray, c'est un pur bonheur ! Encore merci pour tout Engin, si nous avons le bonheur de revenir séjourner en Cappadoce, c'est chez vous que nous retournerons. De n'y avoir séjourné qu'une seule nuit faute de temps...

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à l’Hôtel LaleSaray avec ma femme pour notre voyage de noces en Turquie. Le personnel comme le patron sont extrêmement professionnels, attentionnés et accueillants. Nous avons fait de nombreux hôtels dans notre jeune vie, mais celui-ci restera gravé dans nos têtes par la sincérité des gens qui y travaillent tout comme la beauté des paysages proposés par l’hôtel. El personal de recepción es especialmente atento y amable. Las habitaciones están decoradas con encanto y el obsequio de bienvenida un detalle que se agradece. La ubicación hace que puedas disfrutar de la belleza de Capadocia pero sin verte molestado por el exceso de turismo, puesto que el hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila y que invita al relax.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (2 enfants de 6 ans et 18 mois). Très belle chambre, vue incroyable, personnel adorable avec les enfants. Ils adorent les Bébés ! ;) Engin, le patron, est toujours là pour rendre service et donner de bons conseils pour recommander un resto ou une balade. Top ! :)

Établissement de charme très confortable (grande chambre avec jacuzzi privatif). Accueil exceptionnel : gentillesse, disponibilité dans un français courant ! Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Hébergement idéal pour visiter la Cappadoce !!

Our room had serious damp problems and was wholly unsuitable for any guest let alone a family with three children. We moved after one terrible night and were still charged full whack for an appalling stay. I would never recommend this hotel; it is of a very poor standard compared to many others in which I have stayed in Cappadocia.

Konum itibariyle cok iyi.Calisanlar iyi niyetli ve guler yuzlu,misafirperverler.Vadi manzaralı odalar cok otantik.Odalara konulan cay,kahve,meyve ve kuruyemisin ikram olması hos bir durum. Merkezi bir yerde olması otelin avantajı Biz motorlarla gittigimiz icin otelin yokus olması biraz sıkıntı yarattı Mevsim itibariyle aksamları bolge cok soguk oluyor ve ciddi bir kalürüfer sorunu yasadık..Odalar buz gibiydi ve sanırımki ekonomik sebeblerle isitma saglanmadı.Otelden 2 arkadasımız saglam girip,hasta cıktılar malesef

Das Hotel liegt in einern sehr schönen Ort. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Netkeit des Hotels Mitarbeiters. Wir wurden im Flughafen abgeholten und nachdem wir das Zimmer übernommen haben, wurden uns speziell allen Informmationen über die Ausflugmöglichkeiten gegeben.
