The hotel room was amazing! Needs to work on ventilation but was told it will be renovated next year. If it wasn't for the ventilation problem then the room would be absolutely perfect. Gave a wow factor on arrival and kids loved it, especially the hot tub on arrival. The hotel was quiet when we stayed so we had the whole pool to ourselves. The view was amazing of the balloons in the morning. The staff were exceptional, the best. Super helpful and always happy. Location was amazing as we we were within 5 minutes to many restaurants with amazing views. There is also a spot within 5 minutes, where you could explore some chimney caves and go inside for free. The sunset there was also super cool. A restaurant nearby with puppies made the kids happy too.

The receptionist was very nice and accommodating during our stay. This hotel also served the best breakfast we had in Kapadokya in terms of variety, size and quality of the food (we stayed in three hotels during our trip and Hotel Lalesaray served the best breakfast). The breakfast area also had a perfect view of the valley. The room was comfortable. Overall, it had one of the best view of the valley and Goreme. Also, very close to the castle.

I liked everything about this hotel. Arriving we were greeted outside by staff offering us tea, coffee, water, anything we wanted. Our luggage was brought downstairs to our room by staff. Our room and balcony were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Traditional Turkish Breakfast, served fresh. The terrace views of the valley below and hot air balloons was perfect. The local area is easy to navigate and everything you can want is in walking distance. Staff was very helpful, always asking how we are doing, offering assistance and if you don't speak Turkish will assist in booking activites or a phone call if necessary. I highly recommend Lale Saray and will return when visiting Cappadocia.

Staff - So humble and cooperative, Mr.Kazim was exceptional to arrange all our needs and tour including airport pickup and drop. Breakfast - Clean, full of quantity and order to make yummy eggs….they even helped and allowed us to cook food for our kids. Location - Great location and view from terrace. Very near to all attraction location, Uchisar castle, Restaurants and Goreme Bazaar is at walking distance. Room & Cleanliness - Rooms are good size and very clean. Highly recommend Family cave suite for family of 5-6 person which also have private bath and jaccuzi tub, they also have swimming pool.
