    - Great view over the city from the terrace in front of the room; - The room and bathroom were quite large; - The room was cool as it was dig in the rock (very enjoyable after a warm day walking on canyons); - Great staff, especially the manager helping us very efficiently and not trying to oversell services as we experienced it in Istanbul hotels.

    - Wireless did not work very well in the room (needed to go on the terrace to get a good signal). But was not a big deal as we where not there to stay all day long on the Internet.

Staff was awesome, always helpful with any question we had and to plan our days around Goreme. The cave suite was also a really nice experience.

The bathroom could be improved, the jacuzzi didn't work.

The room was huge, 2 king size beds and plenty of space around. Jacuzzi style bathtub.

the room is not 100% well maintained, just a bit old, but really nice for the price

Good views and breakfast. Real cave rooms, unlike some that call themselves cave hotels. Comfortable beds.

Long-standing plumbing seep in the bathroom meant bad mildew smell at one of the beds.

The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space.

The blow dryer did not work and the drain in the bathroom was full of hair. The manager/owner who checked us in was nice at check in and then we felt like we bothered him when asking questions. At breakfast tea and coffee were offered however, you had to pay for juice. At check out we were charged for extra drinks we did not have.

The hotel is at a great place with an amazing view and 5 minutes walk from the city center. The value for money was fine. It's a cheap hotel with normal services. If you are looking for something luxurious, it's not the place to go.

The wi-fi connection was really bad, you could get connected only near the reception. The breakfast bufe was a bit poor.

staying in this cave room was a wonderful and unique experience, even the bed is made out of rock - with a fluffy comfortable mattress on top of course, our room was very large and included a separate sitting room with chairs, table and TV, the bath had a garden tub and shower combo with plenty of hot water, the included buffet breakfast was lovely, our hosts were friendly and helpful

Very spacious room, beautiful hotel, nice breakfest.Great location, easy to walk to Goreme open air museum, and to the bus station to other places, a lot of restaurants near by.

They don't seem to understand that people have to plan wat they will be doing, so they offer activities but won't tell you much information before hand in terms of what time and when they will take place, they don't really speak english so they answer with things like "just come and we will take care of you here". They have agreements with the tour and baloon places, so they won't give you much information, they will answer everything already trying to schedule something and telling not to worry that everything is taken care of (to me that's a problem because I like being able to plan things, and also because you always have to be alert if you are not being scammed). We got a package that included the hotel, baloon ride, a tour, and a dinner. For the baloon ride, I asked when should I be ready, and he said around 5 or 6 (well, that is 1h less of sleep if it is the later), when I asked which one, he told me not to worry that he would let me know, he did, at 5h he knocked on our door saying the van was there and we had to leave was the same with our shuttle to the airport... (which by the way, reminds me that they arranged a shuttle from the airport, that got us, and then left us in a van for 2h in the parking lot, until they were able to fill it up with people from other flights). The dinner included in the package was at a restaurant that head no idea that they had this deal with the hotel, so they had to call a bunch of people and decided on the spot what we would be entitled to...This all is just to serve as a heads up, for you to be pushy about the specifics of the services they provide. Also at the time we were there they did not have a working restaurant at the hotel, as it seems through the pictures.

The staff picked us up at the bus station at 720am upon our arrival. The buffet breakfast is the best and I still dream about their bread and cheesy sticks...

The location and the rooms are really nice, the beds are rather good quality too. The owners very welcoming and offering free tea and coffe any time of the day. The breakfast is more than decent.

The crazy TV turning on automatically at 4 in the night.

The location was perfect, the staff was kind, the rooms were big, comfy. Facilities were good, I liked the breakfast however my husband missed the meat. :-)

There were ants in the room even on my pillow. The breakfast area was a bit stinky.
