Hotel is greatly located and Volkan is very helpful and really caring for his guests. Price/power aspect ratio is unbeatable, with nice breakfast.
Nice staff, perfect location, all you need just outside hotel, waterpipe, restorants. All must to see places is reachable by foot.
Could be more reacher breakfast.
Stuff is great, polite and helpful and location is wonderful everything is close, Blue Mosque is 10 min by walking, grand Bazar also, metro and bus station too...there is a lot of restaurants near to hotel so u can try different kind of fish and delicious Turkish meals..I would come back there again for sure
Brekafast is a little poor Room wasn't clean enough Bad Wifi
- Stuff is very friendly. - Location is excellent. Just a few minutes(10-15 mins) walk to Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet mosque, Topkapi palace and etc. - Food in nearby cafes is great and cheap. - Great value for money. You get what you pay for.
- Noise in the night is unbearable. The hotel is on the restaurant street and those restaurants fill up late in the evening and turkish live music goes on (very loudly) till 3-4 am. Sleeping is almost impossible. - Bed sheets and towels weren't changed during my stay.
Good staff Good location, near Ayasofya, Blue mosque etc. Good breakfast included
Noisy area, music don't stop... They didn't clean every day
The people who work there (Jalil) it is too much hepful, but it depends the day. The location it is perfect for visit the city and for visit diferents cities.
Breakfast: too basic. Rooms: are very small. Wifi: terrible. Bed: not too confortable.
The atmosphere was really warm and inviting. Very friendly staff, they even went out of their way to help us with the things we asked for. The location is great. All in all a pleasant stay.
The Turkish breakfast, although great, was the same every day. It would be better to change things up a bit.
They changed my room to a slightly less terrible one (in terms of noise) when I requested.
The hotel just shacked me up in the room that faced Kumkapi centre. The place is buzzing all night and well into the wee hours of mornings... which means it was noisy every night till at least 3 am. It might be alright if that's your thing but I like to party when I wanna party and return to the hotel for a good night's sleep. That becomes totally out of the question at this hotel. When I complained they did move me to a slightly less noisy room that didn't face the commotion. But that too was hardly any better. The day I left, a tile fell from the bathroom roof and missed hitting my head by a few lucky centimetres! I probably have nothing but the spirits of the angelic Istanbul Sufi saints to thank for sparing me a head injury or worse. Don't book this hotel, the cheapness isn't worth it.
The location is excellent. Really nice area, within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque.
Very nice staff
Beautiful and clean rooms.
Some of the staff didn't speak English. It was very noisy at night. The hotel is located next to multiple restaurants and bars that are busy late into the night. They are doing construction to renovate so it should be improved by next year.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had an amazing view. All the great sights in the old city were within walking distance and so were many good local restaurants, cafés, etc.
The hotel has no lift and the rooms on the top floors are difficult to access - especially carrying your luggage. Our room was not cleaned during our stay (3 nights). Due to the location on a square with lots of night life it was very noisy at night.
clean and good priced hotel at a good location. Close to the mosque and grand bazaar.
Too many stairs.
Location - it is walkable distance to many major sights including Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, little Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Suleymaniye Mosque etc. but the area is not as touristy as area right around Hagia Sophia. The hotel is in pedestrian zones with plenty restaurants around. Right opposite the hotel is a good cay and water pipe place. Staff is very nice but not very knowledgeable.
Bad wifi signal - in our room, the signal from the cay place across the street was stronger than hotel's. Very small room. Mould in the shower. Only lukewarm water.
Интересное расположение Тихо утром есть номер с балконом отличный персонал
Шумно вечером, когда работают рестораны в сторону трамвая приличный подъем в горку
The staff were incredible. So friendly and went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was delicious and an endless supply of different teas. Without the service I would definitely not recommend, but the staff really made the hotel.
The rooms are pretty awful. No bedside table or lamp, really loud at night, pretty basic showers that don't drain, nowhere to put bottles etc and you need hand to hold the shower. The rooms were pretty smelly and random Lino that goes all the way up the walls. It's cheap but you get what you pay for.
Volcan was great also his brother they were very helpful. Wifi was great. Street was so alive and safe
The room was OK just a litle bit small. Breakfast very poor
Stuff were very helpful, pick up service , central location
Stairs were dangerous if you have kids, located down hill and suitable for old people and kids to walk, noisy surrounding and no cleaning services for rooms
near restaurants, tram, friendly & helpful stuff
The air conditioning didn't work and we didn't have water to wash ourselves. We had only a few hours of cold water. Also, at breakfest, even if it was ok, there were a lot of flyes on on the food. It was horrible!
breakfast noothing, fake fotos in booking
very clean, friendly stuff, located in a tourism aria surrounded by lots of restaurants with live music
Room is never cleaned (we stay 6 nights ....). Towels, on my request, once changed.... Poor and not hygienic breakfast; after day one we preferred Mc Donalds breakfast... Hole in glas of window; for airconditioning hose.... Some red spots on curtain... Live music till 1-2 am in front of your window... Payment at arrival....
The simple breakfast. Friendliness of staff. Comfort and size of the rooms.
Room oversees a plaza where dozens of restaurants sit. There is heavy noise until 2 in the morning, so don't try this hotel if you are not a heavy sleeper.
