The Lara world hotell was excellent value for the money. We got a water coocing can and a Bottle of fresh water in the room. The dinner was amazing and the breakfast very good.
Too far from the city.
the area was nice close to shops cafes restaurants.
not that clean. In need of attention. not that friendly
Closeness to airport
Room is spacious . The turkish hammam Price is very reasonable. The ladies there are very nice specially Sultan. She is very nice & perfect in her job.
The hotel is very noisy. The house maid are closing the doors of the rooms very vigorously . The buffet is very poor. The hotel is very far away from the city center. Actually you don't expect more than what you have payed. They have a shuttle bus but they don't know it's timing as per the reception lady
Quiet place, clean beach, very good service at the beach.
Wi-Fi sometimes doesent work properly. The flies on food in the restaurant. In spite of the fact that a one shuttle service free of charge,I had to pay 40 TL,it was more expensive that regular taxi.Left an unpleasant impression.
2 buses from airport to hotel only cost total of 12 tl (much better than taxis that cost 35+ tl), and bus drops you off at hotel with very short walking distance. Beach isn't that close but the walk is worth it.
Staff not helpful at all. I asked to call another city within Turkey through hotel room landline phone, and I asked how much do I expect to pay per minute. He said "I don't know. Call and we'll get the invoice afterwards for you to pay". How can a Turkish staff member not know the rate?? What if he wants to rip me off with a huge amount? Photos of hotel rooms show electric kettles and tea cups are available in your room. I had a sore throat and our hotel room was missing them, so I went to lobbey and asked for them. I got the impression from their faces that it'll cost me money. I told them I need the kettle for medication and stressed it should be included with the hotel room. How can something so obvious and included in hotel's rooms (found on booking.com's hotel photos) be chargeble especially when you need such item for medicine and health treatment? Staff isn't cooperative, doesn't understand it's customer's needs Cleanliness - WHERE DO I BEGIN??? flies all over the breakfast buffet, washrooms NOT CLEAN AT ALL (toilet doesn't flush properly, sinks have residue all over them), hot water comes and goes. Fabric of the bed sheets and pillows felt very old and didn't have a pleasant smell (ie. they didn't smell fresh or clean....i felt everything wasn't cleaned at all!!).
Reception is so awful. unfriendly...
ALmost everything you consider in a normal 3 star hotel.
staff are nice
Internet is not good
I like Lara World hotel because of its location. The local bus stops right in front of the hotel and the airport is only 8 km from it. Local taxi charges only 40 Lira.
If your room is facing the Pool. Don't go to bed before 12AM. Because you wont be able to sleep because of the music.
Location - proximity to beach, bus stop for city centre right outside, restaurants and bars in beach area Food - good choice and high quality Pool and restaurant lights and layout Quiet room
Reception lady not overly friendly Some traffic noise by pool No towels for pool
Help from the staff: personalized help with our heavy luggages. Easy parking for tourists travelling by private car. Generous and affordable dinner buffet. It is a great location and price for overnight in Antalya ( late arrival and early departure by airplane )
Very little to say here: at night, the hotel is a bit noisy due to its location below the airplanes departure and arrival tracks. It is an old building and the style is definitely different that many will expect.
I didnt like anything at all & i realy wish that i didnt book in it the receptrion staff are so rude & unusefull at all & the beach is too far from the hotel. I recommend no one to book this no stars hotel
The hotel is on the airport path so it is so much noisy, the water in the douch is not balanced sometimes very cold and sometimes very hot, the food bar is not enough & everything is extra charge,
Made us pay on arrival despite being 3am in the morning (as if we would have done a runner!). Hotel is under flight path of airport so noisy.
Swimming pool bigger and better than I expected. Comfortable and cheap airport transfer. Friendly staff knows English well enough. 3 bed room comfortable and big enough for 2+2 family. Quiet and efficient air conditioning. Close to hotel: bus stop, markets, restaurants.
Planes landing at the airport nearby may may be disturbing when windows are open, but due to temperature outside we kept windows closed most of time. IMHO, forget about whole Lara beach (not only private hotel beach), sand and water was dirty, sunbed guys unfriendly, we spent most of time in swimming pool. If you have small kids keep the imitation of balcony closed because it's not secured properly!
Nothing at all. Nada!
We arrived late at night and couldnt sleep just one bit, the hotel is in the way planes take to get to the airport and although is actually 10-15 min. drive from it they come really close. Is terrible, i am a heavy sleeper, and there is just NO WAY to sleep in those rooms, the soundproof is NONE, Furthermore the room didnt even have proper dark drapes so the lights from the street at night are on! Finally the mosque is also close, so you also gonna be waken up if not by planes by the preaches. I dont have anything againt the preach but the rooms should have some kind of soundproofing otherwise how in heavens name are you going to sleep???? The neighborhood not the best. Breakfast just horrible, i dont even gonna take time to describe it. Rooms are small, and the bathroom is in bad conditions, and we paid for a DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM!!! The price is really cheap, but have in mind this is not a real 4stars, this is a hotel for 18-20 years old youngsters. We paid accomodation plus breakfast and dinner non-refundable and it was by far the worst mistake of our lives. We only stayed one night, and the manager didnt even show up when i kindly ask in reception if i could to talk to him to see if they could make an exception and refund some of the nights so that my gf and me could find another Hotel but he didnt even have the decency to show up. The clerk said he was to busy! and when we left after only one day having booked and paid 7 days half board she just said OK, goodbye not even interested in our situation. A little bit of empathy could be appreciated.
The beds were comfy The outside bar area is pretty cool
It is literally right on a flight path and sometimes it is that loud it makes you duck and brace ! The receptionist on arrival said that we could have the buffet in our rooms no problem, that was great because I was visiting for some surgery, so I spent a night in hospital then returned thinking I didn't have to leave the room and I could eat food I had purchased from the hotel in my room, so with an hour left of service time, feeling a bit drowsy, and a sleeping 3 year old my mum went to order my food only to be told it was forbidden to eat in rooms ?!!! So I had to wake my 3 year old get him dressed (he is like the devil when he is woken up) and struggle down to a restaurant. The next day I went down for breakfast buffet.... Only to see another guest was allowed her DOG in the buffet area and round the pool ?!!! But I'm not allowed to eat food purchased from the hotel on the table in my room , that's where the contradiction in service baffles me. I then went to ask the receptionist why she said I could eat in my room and the other receptionist said I couldn't and explain my views about the dog and she didn't even acknowledge I was there , he eyes did not move from her computer screen she just kept glancing at me with a why are you bothering me look on her face so I just walked away. We needed another pillow for our room , you are given one spare for 3 beds, as my mum like 2 and I needed 2 I didn't feel like this was unreasonable, but anyone would think I had asked for the moon to be delivered to my room and when we did get it , it was filthy. Then there was the banging doors, and I know the hotel can't 100% help it but there was a lot of shouting and arguing at all hours from other guests. The tele didn't work either which I don't mind but when a 3 year old sees a tele they want it on !!! The play area made me cringe, not well maintained at all and the floor was that badly damaged it was a trip and bust nose waiting to happen.
Booked into this hotel last minute after we checked out of our ratpit of a hotel we booked on holiday. Staff very friendly, personal touch and very helpful. All in all a pleasurable experience.
On a main road.
Many things basically man can wish for the vacation is there such as friendly stuff, swimming pool, good buffet for breakfast and dinner, private beach, Turkish bath with good massage. For the sightseeing it is not expensive to take taxi to get archeological site and museum.
Noise from the flying airplane was laud. Landry service was not available during my stay.
The pool and the breakfast The location and the cleening
The English language of the staff is poor
Hotel was in good place near bus station and it has lovely garden with wide view, food imaizing, Staff were frindly, . I might go there again.
wifi was poor, no room service :(. room was very small for 3 person, but then they gave us big one.
Far from city center and toilet
The friendly staff, pool and food
The Wifi n planes... Beach was too far
Very good location, airport is only 10 min drive, lara beach 3 min walking. The food is excellent, staff are always willing to help, prices in town very favorable. You must visit Antalya and choose one of the hotels and will be clear about what I'm saying.
Wi-fi sometimes does't work properly
bad service and same food every day and the beach is far
