Mohammad With friends Palo alto, United States of America June 7, 2009	Room were nice. Big problem is staff do not speak English and they are not helpful to tourist. As a 4 star hotel you need to have information available on hand. Example to get bus departure and reservation was extremely hard. to make plane reservation impossible. maybe I should speak Turkish then may be it would have been easier People were nice.. Not helpful to tourist. Desk staff in to speak english.	6

The air conditioning system did not cool, only heat. Increasing temperatures made it less comfortable, but the window could be opened.	7.5
