Levent Hotel Istanbul

10 minutes walking to Levent subway station. Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Location is great, a big shopping mall and metro station and some local restaurant and shops are just nearby. (Walking < 10 min)

WiFi Signal is not good in the room.

Everything was great, especially the receptionist, who spoke english, russian and bulgarian. Unbelivable...almost nobody in Turkey speaks any language, but turkish and it was very convinient for us to have someone helping us with choises of languages.

Very kind staff willing to help you. Good and clean rooms, good breakfast. Cleaning staff efficient and did the job daily. Close to 3 malls and metro station.

If comming by car a little bit challenging to be found. Dust and noise in surroundings because of permanent constructions. Actually, the entire city is full of dust in the atmosphere.

Some people may not like the immediate location, no problem for me.

The hotel was an excellently positive experience. The room was large and clean, the breakfast buffet was rich. The staff was very helpful, even provided the hotel's van when we couldn't get taxis to go to our meeting. Overall, I'm definitely going to stay there again next time I'm in Istanbul.

The personnel were just so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and super clean. The towel were brand new and excellent quality. The furniture in the hotel is genuine and comfortable. The price is very fair. The breakfast was varied, and healthy, although the everyday soups were too salty for my taste. Imdid not how to tell that to the cook in Turkish.

The hotel offered everything they promised, no complaints at all.

The location is very close to business life and Levent metro station but the old buildings next to the hotel doesn't look very appealing.

I have been to many hotels in different cities and booked them online, but I was astonished of the quick response from the staff when I dropped them an email for a specific query once I booked online. I felt like I am at home, as everybody where helpful and friendly, and they were checking on me every while and then. They helped me with the places to see and visit even. Thanks to those guys

The room was very clean, with comfortable bed and all necessary for a pleasant stay. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

The was a slight cigarette smell coming from the corridor.

They were very kind with the clients and they were beeing very focused on the client's needs.

Only at the reception they know english, the rest of the stuff had no ideea what were you trying to say to them.

We liked the pricing, the breakfasts were fine,and the location to the metro was a short 10 minute walk through a mall. And from there Taxim, and other places were easy to get to. It was as close as I could get to where my daughter is living right now in Istanbul.

Their is alot of construction around the hotel, which made it difficult to walk much, and the taxi drivers could never find the hotel.

I have stayed at the Levent Hotel several times. The staff is very friendly and helpful (they provided an airport shuttle, tea...). The rooms are clean and comfortable. It very well situated in the business district of Istanbul. It is also close to the subway station, with a direct line to Taksim Square which can be reached in about 20 minutes. There are two shopping malls nearby and also many restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is a bit lively, but I suppose this is typical for Istanbul .

Pleasant and clean. Rooms were large enough. The staff was helpful. It's relatively close to public transportation(the M2 subway line, I think) and a major north-south highway. Also close to a nice shopping mall with major chain stores, good restaurants and a movie theatre. Or if you prefer, it's adjacent to smaller neighborhood stores and eating places featuring Turkish fast food. There was also an open air bazaar one evening in the adjoining neighborhood that seemed to go on forever with a variety of food and many other products. A well kept secret; many did not know there was a hotel in Levent. Good if you need to be close to the northern part of the Istanbul area.

A classy hotel with staff who were very friendly, professional, helpful and facilitative. They would book you a taxi, shuttle, cruise or tour of your choice, and provide tea or coffee upon request any time of the day. The hotel is well-appointed, comfortable and clean with a very receptive lounge area. Breakfast is adequate and the equivalent of what is generally served in Istanbul hotels. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes from Kanyon shopping centre which has restaurants, shops and a Metro station. Around the corner are numerous local shops where you can find a wide variety of Turkish cuisine, bakeries and clothing and curio shops. Taxi fare from the hotel to the nearest point on the Bosphorous is around try10 but going anywhere else in Istanbul is a bit of a lottery. Many drivers have no idea how to get to your destination, despite you giving them a map, and themselves possessing a navigator, and they drive around in endless traffic jams while the meter ticks over. The hotel staff try to get you their recommended drivers/shuttles, and they will either establish what the price is and you pay the hotel upfront, or they will tell the drivers where you want to go and how to get there. A very good hotel - safe, clean, comfortable and great value for money.

Levent is a business district and the hotel is perfect for the immediate area, but a bit far from touristy areas. Travelling around by taxi is a bit of a nightmare and public transport requires some figuring out.

The services were excellent. The room was clean and nicely furnished. We loved the breakfasts!

The wi-fi connection could have been a little stronger, but otherwise great!
