Hotel Limani    

Breathtaking view from our window! Welcome drink was terrific after a long drive. Aussie connection was especially good as we were catching the ferry to visit ANZAC sites. Free car parking too! Car ferry was 2 minutes around the corner.

This is my Third stay in Limani. Everything including breakfast is wonderful. I will stay there again

Friendly service, even packed us a sandwich when we checked out at 0600 hrs. Restaurant and bar was welcome retreat as it snowed the day we checked in and we did not want to venture too far. Lovely view of harbour and over the Dardanelles and Gallipoli Park. Bed was huge and rooms warm.

Had room with view of docks which was great. Also quiet since they had double pane windows. Restaurant had good bar and good food. Stayed in backpacker joint the night before so this was like heaven. Highly recommend.

location on port is great - views from room over harbour and in the centre of everything. Cafe food and service very good. very welcoming management and staff.

The location is perfect - just a few metres from the water, with beautiful uninterrupted views across the Dardanelles from seaside rooms. The hotel's water front cafe served simple, enjoyable food and the breakfast selection for guests was fresh and varied. Staff were welcoming and helpful and willing to assist in any way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Although we had a deluxe double room, it was still very small with just enough room to accommodate a couple of chairs and small tables. The bathroom was tiny - only one person at a time possible - but despite the dimensions we were comfortable, everything was clean and the view simply unbeatable!

The owner and staff at the hotel gave excellent customer service, I stay in hotels a lot on business, mostly in the uk and I am not used to this level of customer service. We enjoyed having a sea view and think it was worth paying a little extra for it.

Staff was competent and responsive, took care of car for no extra charge.

Returning from a road trip to Europe, it was great to be back in Canakkale - relaxed and Mediterranean in feel, but with Turkish service. Hotel Limani is trickily placed if you're driving, as it's right in town by the ferry port. I knew to stop outside the front door (blocking traffic) and just called out to the front desk. They whisked my car away for the night and brought it back next morning (no charge). The attached restaurant - Cafe Du Port - is seriously good.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They were happy to give advice on everything from where to eat as well as what to do etc. and how to get there. Whilst the rooms are small they are very clean.

The rooms are on the small side compared with other hotels of a similar price. The downside of the location is that it can be noisy.

Great location overlooking the harbour and things going on. Easy to find. You can park outside and they park car for you. Lifts to your very clean room. Room very clean and modern with comfortable bed. Good snack food in restaurant. There are plenty of nearby resaurants and great shopping centre. The ferry to Gallipoli is 2 mins walk away. I would recommend to friends and would go again.

Breakfast a bit naff. Any hot food was cold and ran out to quick. The shower was too small and access to it was difficult as too crowded next to toilet and easy to fall over.

The hotel is located right by the ferry port where you cross to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Reception staff are exceptionally good: they whisked my car away for secure overnight parking, at no cost, and I was checked in and relaxing within 5 minutes. For travellers without car the hotel is ideal anyway, as it is so close to the ferry station.

We travel from Cyprus to London every summer by car and always stop on route in chanakkale and found this hotel is in a fantastic location,the rooms are comfortable,bright,well appointed and spotlessly clean. The Staff is wonderful,and the breakfast which is being served in the restaurant with the terrace overlooking the dardanelles has an excellent selection of delicious dishes and the coffee was fantastic., Vi also had dinner in the hotel restaurant,and it was superb, as was the service. I can't wait to go back

This hotel excelled in customer service with the staff being really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little on the small side, but have everything that is required. The view from our room was lovely and the location in the town couldn't be better.

Bathrooms share ventilation duct, which allows transmission of sound between guest rooms.

Can't complain about anything... Hotel is clean and very comfortable... Staff were very helpful and nothing was too difficult... The water view double room was small, but very comfortable, well appointed and clean... Location is very central and convenient.... Was really treated like part of the family, not a Hotel guest

we had a very sapcious sea view room, with a large bed . The staff were very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good and also the food in the restaurant.

We had an excellent stay, especially due to the outstanding courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. We emailed them in advance for help and advice; they had gone to enormous trouble to make arrangements for us. Everything went outstandingly well. I would recommend the Limani to anyone.

Breakfast was great. Our room had to change and they sent cold drinks to our room which was very nice.

Room was way too small and the window was opening to fire stairs so no way to get fresh air. Air condition was connected to a central switch so they couldn't turn it on so they offered to change our room with no extra charge. The reception guy was moody.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff; excellent breakfast with lots of choices; just a short ferry ride from Gallipoli.

The room was extremely small though very, very clean. I got just a bit claustrophobic. No window except to an inside emergency stairwell. Also several times I needed assistance with using the key to open my door. Don't know if it was just me or problem with the electronic lock.

The staff were extremely welcoming, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were always very happy and smiling. The boutique hotel has a lovely, light modern feel to it. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in, the bed was enormous, the sheets crisp and the colour scheme very relaxing. The bar and restaurant offered very good value for money and the bar had a wide selection of branded drinks. The valet car parking was a real bonus. The situation of the hotel was perfect, which made it so easy to get the ferry to Galipoli. I would have no hesitiation in recommending this hotel.

La situation directe sur le détroit des Dardanelles avec la vue sur la mer de Marmara était très agréable. Le personnel très efficace pour répondre à un appel(canal de TV non réglé), pour aller garer la voiture - parking plus loin gratuit. La chambre agréablement meublée avec un petit espace salon. Le petit déjeuner en bord de mer avec un bon choix.
