The man at the reception was able to communicate effectively in English. I felt welcome because he remembered that I had stayed in this hotel a couple of weeks ago. Could not sleep well because of the noise from the fan in the toilet. Noise from outside also makes sleeping difficult especially when one is really exhausted and needs peace and some quietness. Noise proof will make this hotel very good and competitive.

It was quite O.k just spa centre should be more competetive in charges like in European metropolities. Location is very good. Breakfast could be more european style with international selection of food.

العاملين بالفندق قمة في التعامل وغرف الفندق واسعة وموقعه ممتاز يحتاج الى ترميم وتجديد والأثاث قديم نوعا ما بالإضافه لافتقاده لبعض الخدمات ومنها عدم وجود مكواة مع عدم وجود خدمة للكوي

Ich musste sofort bei der Anreise bezahlen; erst dann hat man uns gesagt, dass das Hotel überbucht sei. Man hat uns dann für eine Nacht in einer " Bruchbude " untergebracht. Service und Hotel waren insgesamt mehr als schlecht. Die Bilder auf der Homepage geben ein falsches Bild wieder.

Месторасположение. Это единственный плюс этого отеля. Но в том квартале ещё 15 отелей, так что выбор есть Всё! Очень жалею, что даже после того как прочитал отрицательные отзывы забронировал этот отель. Завтрак - хуже бывает только тогда, когда завтрака просто нет ) Персонал - Они умудрились мне в день заезда сказать, что мест нет и посоветовали мне помочь с переводом в другой отель. Я отказался, они уступили и нашли вроде место. В коридоре кашляют, ты слышишь. Просто отстой! Не лион, а шакал какой-то!

لا يوجد شيء مميز فندق هادئ عادي الفندق غالي جدا جدا ويقتصر لكثير من الأدوات التي توفرها فنادق شرق اسيا مثل المكواة غلاية ماء ماء وشاهي وقهوة مجاني

Trots att hotellet ligger nära Taximtorget, gångavstånd till restauranger, barer, nattklubbar och shoppingområden, så ligger det ändå avskilt. Det är väldigt tyst, ingen störande nattklubb eller trafik. Dålig frukostbuffé! Kan man tänka sig kaffe och smörgår så är det ok. Magert utbud, smaklöst, proppat med folk... Vi åt frukost ute på stan istället, det är relativt billigt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Familien sehr gut. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant war äußerst unfreundlich und inkompetent. Der eine Mitarbeiter am Empfang (mit wenig Haaren und noch weniger Englischkenntnisse) war ziemlich unverschämt und hat sich Mehrmahls über die ausländischen Gäste lustig gemacht. Die Jungs, die beim Tragen der Koffer geholfen haben waren hingegen sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war einseitig und langweilig und die überforderten Mitarbeiter waren ab 8.30 Uhr ziemlich mies darauf. Viele Sachen, z.B. dunkles Brot und Tee gab es ab 9 Uhr nicht mehr und ab 9.30 Uhr war das Buffet um die Hälfte reduziert. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und trotz ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage, war ständig ein ähnliches Geräusch zu hören, wir haben immer mitgekriegt, welchen TV-Sender im Nachbarzimmer lief und die undichte Fenster haben uns die Möglichkeit gegeben an das Leben auf der Straße teilnehmen zu dürfen.

Location was excellent. The helpful busboys were a pleasure to deal with. Where do I begin? We booked the hotel because of the roof top pool. When we arrived, on a 27degC day the pool was empty. The staff reply - it is not yet summer (two weeks from June). Our air-condtioning wasn't working. The staff reply - it's a central system and people still want heat. 27degC. Yes, we all want heating. We booked a double room. We were given a twin room. When we complained they said they would push the beds together. After the third complaint, on day three and after a call to Booking.com, they finally pushed the beds together. Booking.com of very little help and unsympathetic to the airconditioning and pool situation. No offer to relocate us. Carpets were stained and filthy with cigarette burns and the view was of the back of another building. Finally, we booked a late checkout. This was not recorded. We had already paid for our accommodation, but apparently not the late check out. We asked to have the fee waived in light of our dis-satisfaction above. Again, the staff were totally unsympathetic and we opted for the luggage store instead. Thankfully the bus boys looked after us again. With all that said, the hotel would be totally suitable if it was half the price. Overinflated and overated. Look elsewhere.
