Everything! The lovely fragrance that greets you as you enter the reception area, the luxuriously appointed rooms, the large pool, the terraces by the sea, the food, the helpful and friendly staff.......I can't wait to go back!

The location is spectacular! The staff is doing everything to please you! Great place to visit Kas et enjoy sun ans sea!

Everything... One of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in. Perfect location, very nicely decorated rooms, wonderful view from sea view rooms and staff extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Food at the hotel's restaurant is great. A unique experience. I highly recommend it.

The pool and the sea is magnificent. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Tuğba, receptionist girl, has taken care of the all needs we have, she was very helpfull. The food in hotel is also good.

Too many stairs to reach the sea and even to the pool. My legs continue to ache two days after we return.

It is a fabulous hotel.I couldnt fault it ,we had a beautiful room with a wonderful view,The sunbeds on the rocks were ,great ,cant wait to go again

In the particular room I stayed in, everything was perfect apart from no drawer units to store clothes.

This is a first class hotel. The views were magnificient. We watched the sun rise and the sun set. A great ocean view from the ocean and from the pool area. It is 15 minutes from town by bus. We had two 5 star dinners and ate and drank at the pool. The staff is very friendly,the rooms perfect,and the staff went out of there way to be accomondating. I would go back.

Wonderful luxury hotel with fabulous pool, breakfasts, swimming in the sea, friendly and helpful staff, lovely town nearby.

We were lucky enough to be in a sea view room that overlooked the pool and the sea. The setting is simple, stylish and very relaxing. The staff were wonderful and the breafast was delicious. The location is close enough to walk or get a taxi into Kas which is such a buzzing little village.

The rooms were only made up late in the afternoon. It was usually the time when we would want to go for a siesta, which made it inconvienient.

If you want to be fluttered, this hotel will be a great alternative.

This is normal is Kas, but there was Lots of Stairs And the position of A/C in the room was not good.

Real Paradise!!! Everything is superb at the hotel, absolutely loved it, we stayed there for our honeymoon and absolutely had a fantastic time, we would love to go back !! highly recommended !!!

Stunning location - peace and quiet - multi national guests. Let me say that although I am going on to give 4 criticisms the good points about this hotel really outweigh the bad and I would certainly love to go back.

People should be aware of 4 things. Firstly: There are 92 steps from the bottom of the Lukka where you can swim off the rocks and pontoons in the sea to the swimming pool level and be aware that some of the rooms are up yet more steps (a further 50) and reception up yet more!! Secondly be aware that the view is stunning if you look straight ahead or to the left from the hotel but if you look right you have a view of the local cement works. Thirdly: Dining room staff - my 16 year old daughter was affronted by being asked by the waiter "why" she had not finished her food. This was perhaps meant not in the way it came across but felt very "accusational". The dining room staff were very lacking and there were quite a number of flies etc. We had not had this issue in Kalkan at all. Finally: Be aware - this hotel is a good way out of Kas so if you want a restaurant or any nightlife you need a taxi (20 Turkish lire in each direction) The hotel is on the Peninsula which is too far away to walk to town. So it takes 8 to 10 mins to get there and another 8 to 10 to get back.

I Loved everthing about Lukka Exclusive Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are excellent the rooms are fantastic and the location is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for accommodation in Kas.

The only bad point was that the air conditioner is positioned right next to the bed, which is too close to the guests when they are sleeping.

Beautiful and romantic hotell located in an amazing part of Turkey! We were swept away on our honeymoon! The rooms, pool and beach were adorable. We were greeted with two rainbow cocktails as we checked in to our room. The staff was delightful and I recommend the massuase full body massage! It was one of the best massages I have ever gotten! We ordered 2 drinks, an Orgasm and Cuba libra which were both delightful and very cool in style when served! :) The dinner was also very nice there, but dining in Kas is also a must, up in the hillside.

The Mojitoos could be a little better (too much lime - needed more mint and sugar). The staff could come and ask if you would like anything around the pool or come with fresh towels (small things).

New, very comfortable, spacious and well-decorated rooms and bathroom. Very well-equipped beach area and an outstanding big pool. The hotel is clean and exclusively furnished. Excellent location and fabulous views!

The members of staff are friendly, but lack professionalism: service is not exclusive at all. Food in the restaurant is rather poor: its narrow range does not allow to stick to a healthy diet (especially, if you have stomach problems) Cleanliness in the restaurant leaves much to be desired (occasionally dirty cutlery) We were also quite surprised and disappointed by the dirty sea water (once we saw with our own eyes how dirty water was pouring out of the pipe into the sea at the beach) There are no shops on the territory of the hotel

Lukka Hotel, is exactly like the pictures, superb. Travelled 4.5 weeks in Turkey and with respect to all the fantastic places we stayed, it was my favourite. Location, Location, Location.

The secluded location, the charm and luxury, friendliness of staff..

It's not for people with injuries or ones at an old age since (like a lot of other hotels in Kas) it is built on cliffs and have a lot of stairs one would have to go up and down on a adaily basis.

The facilities particularly the pool areas are beautiful. Rooms are spacious, with verandahs. Staff is welcoming and gracious. I would have liked it if the hotel were a bit closer to the village of Kas.

Very cosy hotel situated out of turistic hassle on a peninsula of Kas. Rooms are luxury and very clean with great sea views. Personnel very friendly and helpfull. The setting of this hotel makes it a perfect place for a romantik/honeymoon stay.

The peace and tranquility was spoilt buy a very noisy pool bar going on till 2.oo am . I thought the restaurant food was poor both breakfast and dinner.
