It was the first time when the information from the internet and the real hotel was matching. I really liked the hotel. It has excellent location, easy to reach. Not that noisy. Very modern design. |

The staff was extremely nice. We felt at home after the 1st night. The rooms are nice and cosy. The hotel is very well located. Though the staff was very nice, they were not able to recommend good places to go for food, drinks or party. They only recommended standard touristy places. It would be great if they could recommend, to those who ask, nice local places |

Very nice room (junior double), very clean and nice staff. As hotel is a converted old building the noise insulation was not good. You could easily hear people talking in hallway and footsteps upstairs, but it did not stop me getting a good night sleep! |

The Lush Hotel was a very welcoming place to arrive to when coming to Istanbul. The location was good as it gave us the chance to discover yet another aprt of the great city. The room was slightly too small for the price. |

definitely the hotel staff. they were all very accommodating and the front desk staff all spoke english well. the first room i stayed in had a bathroom that was less than private. while beautifully decorated, it had something akin to saloon doors separating it from the bedroom and you couldn't shower without banging your elbows on the shower stall. however, when i requested a new room, the staff was quick to accommodate. |

efficient and friendly staff - central location we had to move from a 5th floor room because of an unidentified hum and unpleasant smell, staff moved us to a room at the front no smell but almost intolerable noise due to proximity to Taxim Square. Apart from that a good stylish hotel |

Hotel liegt zentral, freundliches und engagiertes Empfangspersonal, Internet for free. Armaturen im Bad könnten sauberer sein, Frühstück für die Art des Hotels nicht angemessen, nicht aufmerksames Servicepersonal beim Frühstück |

the local, the quiet, the breakfast, the room, everything, but, most off all, the staff was great, congratulations to them I think the hotel's rules/frigobar prices should be writen on a local easily seen by the guests |

Unterchiedlichkeit der Zimmer, spezielle Einrichtung.Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service.Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer zur Strasse sind sehr laut.Es empfiehlt sich die Elegance Zimmer zu buchen! |
