Lush Hotel  

I would recommend lush if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff who will serve you anyway they can. Clean and fresh bedsheets and towels.. The staff will be happy to help you find restaurants, transportation or others you may need. There is an elevator to the rooms.

If you are wheel chair dependant ,this hotel will not be suitable for you. There are a few steps that one would have to climb up in order to get to the reception area.

The folks at the front desk were very helpful. They helped us get tickets to a show, made recommendations on places to visit, and used their computer to check us into our flight home and print out the tickets. We got upgraded from the junior room we'd booked to something bigger (superior room?). The decor was awesome, and the room was amazing. The hotel is located very close to the taxsim square area which has an awesome nightlife and enables easy access to the varios forms of public transportation.

I thing that the corridor of each floor should be furnished with some carpets because the noise of the woman's heels is very pestering during the night time.

Great location, friendly staff, very relaxed Boutique Chic hotel. Room comfortable, stylish, with individual decor. Buffet breakfast dining has a great selection. Outdoor eating in courtyard very relaxing.. Great place to stay..

Location was good. Included breakfast was a nice addition.

Hotel elevator is very small and hot. Needs a fan, at the very least. Hotel rooms are air conditioned, but hallways on top floors are very warm and uncomfortable. Shower lacks sufficient hot water and water pressure early in the morning. Shower curtain is not weighted enough and blows into the shower and sticks to you during your shower. No shelf in shower, so you have to put your soaps on the floor. No trashcan in room other than the bathroom. No tissues/kleenex. Not a great room for the price. Hotel ammenities are 4 star, room itself was 2 star.

Hotel was at an excellent location. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was very satisfactory. we had free internet connection. It was perfect for business and also for travelling.
