- perfect location - amazing staff (english speakers & very helpful) - very clean - very convenient

- noisy since it's next to nightclubs, but if you're young travellers, you'll love it - they only give one key, but if you ask them ahead, they'll work on it

Noisy No reception after 6:00 PM One room only with balcony If you have baby chair or car it is very difficult to get it specially that reception on the 1st floor Very narrow entrance

The staff was really nice. The old guy at the reception was extremely adorable, straigh the point caring and helpful. The room was clean. The cleaner used to come clean every 3 days but whenver we asked them to do some arrangement they helped us. The apprtment is comfortable although the streets outside is very noisy, but overall it was really nice and we had a good experience.

The only part i didnt like is the first staircase that you will have to take to get to the to get to the elevators and the noisy street due to the clubs around the area.

the apartment was very comfortable exactly the same as the pictures despite the fact that the bedroom was too small, for me had no problem

Its central located only 3 mints walking to Estiklal str. 10 minites walking to Estiklal central bus station. Clean, comfortable with all required equipments such as Micro wave, washing machin, cooker.....

Amazing apartment and excellent location

Everything was excellent :))) we enjoyed our trip at a very affordable price, everything is near to you, the metro station the shopping streets, and the most important is the old man who took care of us, he is really like a father.Concerning the loud voices and the music they talked about in other reviews it is not that bad especially after spending all day out discovering Istanbul,you will not even feel feel the music after being exhausted

Just Amazing.

Not enough apartments and always fully booked but I have stayed there 7 times

- The location is excellent, as it's in the beatuiful street of Istiklal, not far from Taxim square nor the metro station, to go to the other nice shopping areas like Othanbey, Javaher center and others, - Size is good with two toilets, - Apartment decoration is beatuiful, - People are helpful and friendly, We enjioned it so much...

- No reception (so be smart and call before you reach the closed door), administration should to call us to guid us how to receive the apartment, - Veeery noisy down the street at night, but with closed windows and air conditioning ON, you "can" fall to sleep,

Perfectly fit for a group of young ladies looking for shopping, bars, restaurants and great atmosphere in the direct neighbourhood. Also close to Taksim square with immediate access to the taxi and metro station (T1) allowing you to reach and discover the old city and sites of interest. Appartment clean, equipped, confortable and practical with more than one bathroom...! If you are planning to party and enjoy late nights, then this is the right address! Very nice lord of the house, you can expect a warm and welcoming tripadvisor ;-)

Proximity to Istiklal Street.

Not a hotel, 10 small flats. Not on a taxi accessible street, hard to find and hard to check in and out with baggage. No phone in room. Dishwasher did not work. Dvd Player did not work. No lift from street to building office two floors up, only narrow dark stairs. No ac in bedroom, but when window is open problem with noise from bars until 4 am and with mosquitos.

We enjoyed our stay at lush houses sooo much!!! The staff there is the sweetest staff ever! At first we couldn't check in at lush houses cuz of the closed streets for labor day festival. so we went to lush hotel. Mr. Serhat was so sweet and helpful and they served us breakfast! When we got to lush houses Mr. Jingiz was sooo welcoming and helpful and treated us as his daughters! And helped us big time! He's one of the best people we've ever met! Thanks a lot. Over than the clean apartment. It was really nice! We will recommend this hotel to everyone

Location is good. The gentlemen who actually took care of the apartments was very good and very accomodating. I will not recommend this location unless you like to party all night long as the noise was very bad.

I will not recommend this hotel. The noise from the local clubs made it virtually impossible to sleep. One club plays techno music until 7 AM and the sound goes right through the walls. Unit was small but very clean and nice. Hotel front office manager was arrogant and rude, when I commented about the noise he stated that this is Taksim and that is what the location comes with noise. I will not recommend this location unless you like to party all night long as the noise was very bad.

This hotel is like. The rooms are clean and cozy with high ceilings and large windows. Good repair. Modern Furniture in good condition, overall room is furnished very nicely. Also, all the plumbing and electrical appliances in the hotel has a modern elevator. The location is very convenient, it is centrally located at the intersection of the pedestrian street Istiklal.

Up the elevator to go up the stairs, about fifteen degrees with a suitcase.

It is located at the central of Istanbul I.E. Taksim precinct. Very accessible to the shops nearby.

1. The apartment was only cleaned every 3 days and the cleaner even asked for tips! 2. Almost all the facilities in the apartment were not working i.e. shower head, microwave, wifi, TV and the worst was when there was no heating and no hot water for one night! 3. Very noisy at night - not suitable for children. Too many discotheques and nightclubs nearby. 4. Not accessible for airport transfer i.e. taxi - so had to walk to near the nearest street.

Appartamento grazioso, ottima posizione

Divano letto un po' piccolo. Musica alta tutta la notte dai locali sottostanti

มีแค่สองเตียง. อีกสอวคนต้องนอนโซฟา. กุญแจเป็นกุญแจสเปน. ต้องใช้ความสามารถในการไขหน่อย. อยู่กลางทักสิมสแควร์เลย

La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra prácticamente en la peatonal y con acceso a negocios a toda hora.

Esta en una zona que a partir de las 00:00 hs (madrugada) hay muchos boliches con la música a volumen alto y hasta las 05:00 hs no para de sonar. Se complica un poco si necesitas descansar.

المكان رائع قريب جدا من شارع الاستقلال دقيقتين مشي.....نظيف جدا.....كل احتياجات الاسره متوفره......نفس الصور الموجوده على النت ما فيه مبالغة It has great location very close to Istiklal street very clean it is excatly as in the internet pictures. We love it and next time we will book it

الشئ الوحيد هو صوت الديسكو .....ولكن لان شقتنا كانت داخليه كان الصوت منخفض نوعا ما كنا في الدور الثاني ....لهدوء أكثر أنصح بالادوار الاعلى و مع ذلك كنا قادرين على النوم.. The only thing is the disco, but since our appartment was in the back side of the building the noise wasn't too much. However we were able to sleep the whole night
