Quiet, beautiful gardens still in bloom, excellent meals, lesiurely breakfast especially, charming host. The steps into the Mediterranean are steep, as is the descent from the coast road!, But swimming far out at sea in late October is sensational.

This place was a steal. The location was beautiful and the rates were extremely reasonable. Staff was great. The cabanas on the cliffs and being able to jump into the beautiful mediterranean was a great experience. I have traveled many places and this was by far the best value for the money A $10 cab trip to go to town but it was an acceptable trade off for the beauty and solitude of the hotel.

Absolutely amazing property. Views to die for! Pool and sea are warm and inviting. Quiet and relaxing. Shuttle service to town is prompt and easy to use. Rooms are modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Communal areas (pool, dining/bar, lounge, ocean platforms) are so enjoyable that even the basic rooms (non ocean view) are a joy to stay in. Breakfast is amazing! Other meals delicious as well. Staff is great!

The hotel ownership was very poor. The hotel owner was in our way all day long. The management was perfect. They dealt with our requests and needs the best way possible. Without that manager running the hotel , this establishment would be finished, gone ,Capoot!... The owner's presence all the time.

We are Canadians currently living in Turkey for 3 years. We stayed 7 days. The hotel venue was great and relaxing. The staff was extremely helpfull and we particularly appreciated the private sea platform and exclusive bed pergolas looking over the beautifull sea.Yes it was a bit of a steep walk but fully worthwhile. The Breakfasts were complete and tasty and the evening meals were quite good. You need wheels to have dinner downtown Kas or Taxi/Dolmus are also availables.Hope this helps!

The staff here were absolutely amazing. Memit, the guy on reception was so helpful with everything, over and above his call of duty: One evening he gave myself and my boyfriend a lift into town on his way home from work. He helped us organize paragliding and cannoning from the hotel and got us a cheap deal on a transfer to another town. The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious, the view was beautiful and the scenery was just lovely. We loved every minute of our stay there and were so sorry to say goodbye. the room was beautiful too with new wooden furniture, all hand made, a spacious balcony and a great bathroom and power shower.

Lycia Boutique Hotel has been recently renovated to high standards and it is truly a boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-designed-- the bathroom is to die for! There is attention to detail and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager came himself to greet us and was ready to offer advice on anything. Most importantly he was ready to listen. The views are stunning and the location is really relaxing. The quality of the coffee needs improvement--Turkey is a big tea- drinking country but coffee-drinkers need to be cared for, with good coffee, be it Turkish coffee, cappuccino or filter. Nescafe should go! Also it would be nice to have some corn-flakes for kids and more variety for breakfast, including fresh fruits and yoghurt, a choice of cakes or pies. Although the personnel is very friendly it would be handy, if they could speak a bit more English. There is no beach to speak of, it is all rocks, so it may not be a good place for kids to swim. There are beautiful lounge beds on the rock but they are not enough, and if they are taken, then there is no choice than to bake in the sun or go to the swimming pool. And you definitely need a car, to get in and out of Kas.

After negotiating the steep hill, which is not as severe as it first appears, we arrived at this beautifully tranquil setting, with stunning views from the peninsula and only a 5 minute drive into Kas town, which is a super destination to stay for a few days. Our room was light, cool and opened onto our own terrace by the pool plus the beautiful views. It was really spacious, including a kitchen and dining area (although no utensils). The staff situation was rather odd; we had to work out who the owner and manager were because they never spoke to us but Umit? (spelling), one of the waiters, made up for this with his really friendly and helpful approach. We REALLY enjoyed our atay here and would definitely return.

Amazing hotel and staff, nice pool with sea water, unbelievable deep blue sea. Close to Kas with many restaurants and entertainment. Car rental is recommended for local trips to ancient sites. Special thanks to hotel manager Mehmet for his attention during the whole stay and organization of the boat trip to Sunken city. Will try to be back to Lycia Boutique Hotel as soon as possible!

Lycia hotel is lovewly hotel located by the sea. We swam, snokelling and practice jumping at the hotel beach every morning after the fantastic breakfast (the beautiful view)! The family room we had stayed is speciou and we had truely relaxed time with 3 children. There are many activities around Kas and there are many good restaurants in the city which is only 15 min. away by car. We would definetely go back to this hotel.

This hotel is a true jewel ! It's a quiet, charming, modern, and well-maintained boutique hotel. The rooms range from comfortable to luxurious (even a standard room is surprising large and has splendid airco), and they all share the same services (free WiFi, nice and warm pool, etc.) and very kind hospitality of the staff. Their personal attention is very relaxing. Although it might seem a bit funny at first, they're just being very friendly. Breakfast (included) and dinner (optional) is varied and caring. And beware: once you've discovered their seaside terraces, you'll probably book a few more days... BTW: the small city is a splendid mix of laid-back tourism and local atmosphere. They even have laws against hagglle and hassle, so it's much nicer to shop, wine, and dine than other places. The city is also a good 'hub' to take day trips to surrounding sites, like Patara, Meis, or Myra. It's on the far end of the Kas peninsula, where many of these newer hotels are located. So it's a calm environent but a bit remote (5 km from city). But a taxi won't be too expensive (15 Lyra) and the Dolmus bus stops regularly at 100 metres further on the road (2 Lyra). So it's not a real issue, compared to all benefits of the hotel.

Perfect place for relax and spend a wonderful holidays on the sea side. The gazebos next to the sea were beautiful, and the coach on top of the restaurant a lovely place for enjoy during the evenings. The hotel staff was warm and cordial, they booked a rental car and the excursions for us, and helped us to move around and explained us about their culture.

The rooms are very large, modern, comfortable and clean. All 14 rooms overlook the sea. This hotel does not have a bad room. This is the place to go if you want to feel like royalty without paying the price. The staff is professional and attentive to all your needs. We have tried all kinds of hotels on the coast of Turkey (from small boutique hotels to large all-inclusive resorts), this one is by far the best. While internet pictures are often deceiving, the pictures for the Lycia do not do it justice. It is better than advertised. Kas is still a small town, free of the typical tourist traps. Yet Kas is also just a short ride away from some worthwhile tourist sites such as Kekova (sunken city) and Patara beach. The staff are able to arrange trips to fit your schedule and needs. By the way, even the breakfast (included) is a feast. We recommend this place 100%.

I had my doubts about booking rooms at this hotel but am glad I put my doubts aside. Yes, the hotel is in a 3 hour drive from Antalya airport and is far from civilization but that's exactly its beauty. The semi- peninsula where hotel is located is a very quiet area far away from bars, clubs and shops. The hotel is managed by its owner who is an inspiration on his own. People working at the hotel are extremely kind and caring. Special thanks to chef – every meal was a work of art! Telat bey, Mukhamad bey, Mehmet, Mustafa, Ismail, and Ismail – thank you and we hope to see you soon again. If you are a good swimmer and you like to dive, you found your place – the sea is 5 meters deep right at the shore :)
