The pool was nice along with the other facilities. They try to entertain the guests. The quality of the fiod was average.
The room we stayed at was worn out, water wasnt running properly. We did complain a few times but nothing changed. I could say the room was about a 3 star or lower. Staff at reception were not too friendly.
entertainment + drinks
room ( like a cave, damp walls paint peeling ) pools (no facilities for injured people) staff when i complained ignored me was not interested
The road which leads to the beach is great.
1. Internet available only at the lobby, so the first immersion: you are in 90's and somewhere in Cuba. Hundred of people uncomfortably seat by each other and serving internet, talking to friend. Absurd... 2. Food. This is discussing. And the worst part, poor people need to wait a huge lines to get a portion of meat or a peace of burke. I counted 30! people in line to get a stake. 3. Beach: the water is not clean and at the morning it was a bad smell around. 4.Rooms are old and furniture is cheap. 5. Hotel is crowded. I understand, this is not a luxury place but still I was unpleasantly surprised with it. I am happy we stayed only 2 nights there.
Territory is great, its green and very clean. We loved the way to the beach through the forest. Rooms are ok, even if they are not new, but everything is clean and works well (conditioner and so on). Personel is really very nice and helpful, we loved them very much! This hotel is very quiet and pleasant place for the good rest, especially at September, when there are not too many children, becouse they started school))
Food is not very various. It's ok for 2-3 days, but you really get bored than. Nobody will die from hunger, but it is not the level of 4* hotel.
The only good thing was food.
The worst holiday place I have ever been.
SUPER SUPER SUPER..NO COMMENT
Dirty rooms Food low quality Insects of all kind Furniture very old Isolated Wood cracked and bacteria everywhere
All meals inclusive in room rate gives u peace of mind so no need to go outside for dinner etc Very good facilities for family especially children One locations contains all required facilities to relax and enjoy the vacations
The beach was poor, polluted water, lots of sand stones making it difficult to enjoy. The beach was a real disappointment for me as I expecting much clean n clear water. The location mentioned on booking.com was incorrect making it very difficult to reach. It's actually around 500m away for provided location and I have to take a different route. Plz confirm location and how to reach there if u r travelling by ur own car
Staff was great. I have been many holiday destinations but I must say I have not seen very professional , friendly and great staff in any other places. Majesty Club Lykia Botanika Hotel's staff was absolutely great. They also have great animator team. I really enjoyed so much. I am looking forward to go there again.
On arrival the room I was initially given was awful. I said I would stay 1 night but wanted my money returned for remainder of my stay. The reception staff dealt with my complaint immediately and moved me to a much improved room. I didn't stay at Botanik but before leaving the UK I was moved to Club Tuana park resort.
Smoking in the restaurant was quite unpleasant at meal times. I have many friends in Turkey and as the hotel was isolated they would collect me in their cars but the security staff were very reluctant to allow them onto the hotel site even though it had been cleared with the reception staff. They made my friends feel very uncomfortable.
The site was quite impressive to look at, and well maintained, but the staff were up to date on information, and were not a lot of help.
There was not much variety in the menu from day to day. Maintenance work was being carried out next door to my room sometimes as late as 10.15 at night!
Everything!!!! There is nothing to dislike awesome place!!. Will surely recommend my friends travelling to Dalaman
