View was amazing, availability of 2 pools was convenient and breakfast was delicious!
We paid the driver for our airport transfer on the first day however on the last day we were told we had to pay reception instead which was confusing
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly Location : Walking distance (10-15Mins) to main areas Cleanliness and comfort : Perfect Value for money View was spectacular
View, clean, calm, nice breakfast, friendly staff
Climbing the hill on the way up each time we return to the hotel from the city
We liked the location and the view. The restaurant staff was very nice.
The reception staff was grumpy and not nice. If someone has mobility issues dont stay there: many stairs
The views are stunning, the rooms were very clean and well set, the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Mustapha who was very helpful. The food was also delicious.
The prices of the hotel restaurant were expensive. plus the location of the hotel is on a hill, so it is difficult to climb back to the hotel especially when you have baby pushchair, but this doesn't affect the lovely experience we had at the hotel.
the layout of the hotel, most rooms have a view, the restaurant, breakfast rooms, terrace, pool are all terraced to give optimum views of Bodrum in the bay below the hotel. the sunsets were spectacular. The rooms were serviced every day with fresh towels and a fruit basket. The quality of breakfast was excellent, both hot and cold food available in variety. Taxi's located just outside the hotel were good value to the cntre or an easy walk to the sea front road.
only the poor wifi connection in the room, elsewhere in the hotel the connection was good to fair.
wonderful design with great views. 10 minutes walk to downtown. Protected car parking. Bodrum is a great place. Onre of my best stays ever
the entire hotel was beautiful and well manicured . The breakfast was outstanding. The view from our room balcony was fantastic.
The beds where very hard.
The bar guys ran around after us all weekend! Also best kebab in bodrum!
we booked the last 3 ppl room and it is located in the end of garden, which is great because we have the best view of Aegean sea! and aslo feels very private. the hotel is pretty and comfortable. we enjoy it very much!
because our room is located in the end of garden so there is no wifi signal inside the room. we have to go outside to use wifi.
The location was super not to far away from the town centre ideal to dip in and out. The Hotel has a nice private feel to it, with superb views over the bay to the castle and beyond
The noise from the night club moored beside the castle, music went on until 5am not good.
Location was excellent and room well appointed. There was wine and fruit on arrival. Booked excursions for us. Restaurant staff excellent. View from terrace beautiful.
Hill to hotel difficult to walk. A lot of steps at hotel. Food average, not WOW as I expected from such a good hotel.
Great location. Superb staff. Brilliant food. 2 Great pools. Always book a higher category room and you will get an excellent sea view. I was in room 605 (large room with balcony). Perfectly located to pool and restaurants. Could face time with my folks in India which says how good the wi fi was.
We arrived quite late at night. Staff were waiting up for us and helped us get settled. Breakfast was great.
The staff make this hotel extra special. Highly recommend staying in the Hamam suite.
The room was big and comfortably furnished. The bed was beautiful, the bathroom was big and clean and modern. The sheets and towels were of high quality. The pool was beautiful. the view from the restaurant and terrace was magnificent. It was the best hotel of our trip.
Elevated position with stunning views over the Bodrum bays, and the islands beyond. Excellent breakfasts Hotel design and layout (very open) and superbly designed grounds and pool areas
Staff were generally unfriendly, apart from the guy who ran the breakfast sessions. If I was feeling generous I might put this down to the fact that their understanding of English was very limited. However that doesn't prevent an acknowledgment of a greeting or the offer of a smile.
Location away from the madding crowds but close enough to walk to the village or 10 lira cab ride. Beautifully appointed, lovely swimming pools over looking the harbour.
Wifi is a little flaky..
Best hotel I ever stayed in ممتاز ممتاز ممتاز
Bad wiFi but I have my phone so it not an issue الانترنت كان ضعيف بس ماكان مهم لانه شريت شرائحه من المطار
View from the main square, although I was expecting something more fascinating (according to the views shared in Booking.com and other sites). Breakfasts were excellent - fresh, tasty and lots of choices. It was nice to sit under the trees in the square and have a glass/cup of tes/coffee and relax. Bed also was comfortable. Having a car would be very helpful, because it is not easy to climb up the hill, especially when it's hot.
First of all, the room that I was given was dark and small (though it was a double room). The device in the bathroom to flush water was broken. During the week the cleaning lady never replaced soap bar. Only the day before my departure I asked her to give me a new bar of soap. All my attempts to change the room given to me with another one did not give any resultes. Ladies at front desk promised but never tried to change it. Each time when I asked for it, they tried to persuade me that my room is a very good one. Maybe, my room indeed was a good one. But I wanted to see other rooms, to compare and to decide where to stay. Second, in the first day of my stay I asked the lady at front desk (young lady with dark hair) about going to the downtown. She pointed at taxi waiting in front of the hotel. She did not mention about any other options. "By taxi you can arrive there in 5 min., by walking in 40-45 min!" Only two days later I met a lady (she was living next to the hotel) in the street who told me that there were two dolmush buses (microbuses) passing by the hotel. I only needed to walk down a little (it took less than 5 min.) and wait for dolmush which passes every 5-7 minutes. It cost only 3 lira, but taxi cost 14 lira (one direction). Third, in my opinon, the hotel administration differenciate guests who reserved an economy room, from those who booked luxurious rooms, f.e. suites. Therefore photos given in Booking.com do not reflect the whole picture.Suites/luxurious rooms are located separately. These rooms/buildings overlooking sea also have their own area and pool. Some photos of light and luxurious rooms given in the Booking.room are taken in this area. Finally, some waiters in the breakfast room were not serious/ethical sometimes. However, I also should say that there were nice and responsible guys, who always were ready to help. I did not have lunch and/or dinner there because food was expensive.
Great view and location. Excellent pool and outdoor areas. Pool bar staff treated us like royalty.
Pool bar prices are very over priced, particularly for Turkey. Some of the reception staff not very helpful or friendly, particularly late night staff were rude. Finally had a possible bed bug infection from first night!!
The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were superb and attentive to every need. A lovely, relaxing experience all round.
Pool, lovely rooms, nice breakfast.Ex views.Very helpfull staff
Noise from a nearby bar that went to 5am
The overall quality feel of the hotel ...the staff...the food...the cleanliness....the views....yes all very good
The long climb back from the town
We only stayed one night, but I would have liked to stay more. It's very impressive with the views over the bay and castle below. Rooms had every comfort, other than wifi not working in our room (608). It's definitely a ways from the center, and I did not have the time to investigate around the hotel.
Although we had the bell staff take care of our luggage, it was 70 stairs to get to our room from the lobby, both going up and down. I don't know if they have any handicap facilities, but you have to be in shape to get to your room, restaurant and lobby.
