The manager was very thoughtful, and even gave us a lift to the bus station because he was headed that way anyway. The room and bathroom were a good size and quite comfortable, and the lobby was a fancy and comfy place to hang out in and watch people come and go. The included breakfasts were extensive, with both hot and cold choices, and something like 5 different jam choices. I was impressed. The location was perfect, just across the street from balikgol and a few minutes' walk to the bazaar. Wines in the restaurant were quite expensive, but perhaps it's that way everywhere in Sanliurfa.

The hotel was ideally situated for exploring Urfa town. It was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The outside courtyard was very relaxing for eating or drinking. My e-mail regarding the booking was not acknowledged. On Saturday night there was a very loud musical event in the room next to our bedroom which we were not warned about.

Loved the location in the heart of the ancient city. Reception staff very helpful. The room could have been better cleaned, It is the little details that make for good service- for example the water glasses in the room were not cleaned or changed all week.

Very unusual and attractive design. The hotel has a luxury feel, but see below. 1) Cleanliness needs to be improved. Housekeeping seem to lack training. 2) The noise from the nearby mosque's call to prayer in the early morning (about 5am). 3) Breakfast poor for the standard of hotel. Again cleanliness poor - dirty tablecloths on every table.

It's a beautiful hotel, great location, just in front of the abraham tomb. the bathroom smell awful for the pipes. Very warm room, the air conditioned insufficient.

We arrived to the hotel in the evening, and got a room with view on the citadel, which was great We could see the whole hill, the fish lake in the sunset which was wonderful. The whole historical part of the city and the bazar is in a walking distance. The hotel have a typical and original atmosphere, staff is polite and helpful. Parking was in front of the building. Compared to the building, the lobby and the restaurant which are great in the Marrakesh stile, the room was bit to poor, and not 100 % in the building stile. No curtains, only some modern sunblind rolls on the windows, although the curtain hooks were installed. Wallpaper was also not in the best shape.

The hotel is adjacent to old area and the two lakes. The entrance has an old world character and the restaurant exudes Ottoman charm which makes breakfast an experience from a by gone era. The room itself was a good size and had good A/c shower and bar fridge. In the local dialect the hotel is pronounced Man-a-Gee otel. Internet was also good. I'd recommend just for the hotel experience but the price seems to be negotiable. The only problem was getting to the hotel by taxi as in English the hotel was unknown to locals as the Man-ic-ee Hotel.

Location was central, very close to the Balikligol and the bazaar. Hotel staff were very helpful. We attended also "siragecesi" nextdoor the night we arrived, it was great. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable... Breakfast could have been better

Location is very good. Just few steps to historical places. Restaurant was authentic also foods were really good. Our room had a view of old castle. Ask for queen rooms. There were too many noise on coridor at midnight. Room doors make so much noise. Sound isolation of windows is weak. Technical problems could not be solved quickly (like a plumb thats not working). Restaurant is nice but expensive according to other Turkish cities prices. Hotel intented to get comission for a dinner reservation in an another traditional restaurant in city center.
