We loved the fact that it was smack on the beautıful beach of Bitez-which itself was a lovely area with friendly vibes good chilled out music everywhere and a real beach-holiday like being in a resort feel to it. The staff at the hotel were so friendly from the ladies who did the housekeeping to Ersun at the reception an everyone at the restaurant-a very special mention goes to Muhammat and 2-3 other young teenagers who although didnt speak any english went out of their way to make our dining experience a delight each time without fail!! Thank You Manuela for a fabulous holiday....would love to visit again!! Cheers!

En onemlisi kendini evinde gibi hissetmeniz olucak. Otele ilk adımımızı attıgımızda bunu hissettik. Konalamamızın sonuna kadar rahatımız icin ugrastı tum personel. Kibar modern profesyonel bir isletmecilik tarzıyla yonetilio bu otel. Cogu otelde goremedigim bi anlayıs bu. Ozel plajı otele bence cok buyuk bi artı katıo. Cok gezen biri olarak deger verdigim butun unsurlar var bu otelde... Bodrum seyahetlerimde bundan sonra gelecegim tek adrs olucak burası.. Tadı damagımda kaldı kısacası.. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cibo, posizione A causa di un misterioso overbooking imputabile a loro dire a booking.com (peraltro non vero appurato contattando l'assistenza), ci hanno fatto alloggiare la prima notte in altro hotel non sul mare con una stanza lugubre e piccola. Solo il giorno seguente alle 15.30 siamo potuti rientrare al Manuela...no comment...

Denize yakın olması şezlongların ücretsiz olması. Çalışanların çok sık konaklayanları sahilde rahatsız etmiyor olması. Yemeklerin lezzetli olması. Halkla ilişkiler ekibinin otel misafirlerinin memnuniyetini sağlamak için konuklarla özenle ilgilenmesi. Havuzunun küçük olması derinliğinin az olması. Odalarda banyo terliğinin olmamasından dolayı odanın daha temiz kullanılamaması.
