Marina Residence  

In 1895 this house was built by captain Osman Bey in the ottoman style. He built 7 rooms and 2 salons. Members of his family lived here until 1930. Then the 'three widows' how were tailors, lived here. After they died the family Baykal bought the house in 1967. In 1988 a new renovation turned the building in the Marina Building Style with 12 rooms and 2 salons. This special place with it`s special history and it`s special roman flair, which is different from all the bars and restaurants in Kaleici, offering 41 rooms, a roman style swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness center is waiting for you to explore it and to establish new friendships. The pool is nestled between the buildings, and is surrounded by lovely trees, and alongside is a bar.
