The breakfast was nice, good food as seved on the terrace wich had a good atmosphere . Service very kind and helpful. The toilet was rundown .. Very basic how if it was half finished. The room.. No decoration at all ( pictures) walls empty . The sheets on the bed were quite uncomfortable, the matresses and the pillow hard as a table and a brick . The wifi was going out of line every 10 seconds so you cant use it.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. It offers clean and spacy rooms with airconditioning in a quiet street but indeed very close to the pamukale park (5 minute walk). The breakfast is very good and is served next to the pool on the terrace. Very friendly owner and staff! Tip: tell the dolmusdriver you are going to bellamaritimo. Some of them will call the owner and he will pick you up for free at the dolmus station in town!

Very, very kind owner who helped us with everything. He drove me to the ATM, arranged a trip to Aphrodisias and dropped us of at the buscompanies' office. The hotel is nice, rooms are good. There is a swimmingpool in the yard which is nice in the hot Pamukkale-weather. And it's only a 5-minute walk to the travertines.

Staff picked us up form otogar. They also arranged for laundry (10 TL). A comfy bed, good hot showers and reasonable size bathroom. We tried the pool which was an interesting experience swimming in the heavy thermal(cool) waters. Whilst the location was about 10 mins walk from centre of town it was an easy stroll and we felt quite comfortable wandering around town after dark. Plenty of good cheap spots to eat around the main part of town The usual turkish breakfast was served and extra cups of coffee no problem. The view from the top room (terrace?) over the valley was well worth it around sunset. This area looks as if it used to be a resturaunt but was a bit dusty and hadn't been used for a while but hey, for the price it was fine - you get what you pay for. It is well worth staying a few days as we were able to spend a complete day in Pamukkale, strolling up the travertine slopes and then wandering around the old ruins before haveing a relax in the warm thermal pools. Bus trips seem to rush their clients in, and out in about 1 hour and there is really so much to see you need a day. Staff offerred to take us to carpet shop etc but no problems when we said we were not interested. Whilst it is certainly not 5 star we had no complaints -

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very much home from home feel. Breakfast lovely and plenty of food loved the yogurt. Location for pamukkale site and village perfect. Guys very helpful with information and assistance. Great value for money. Hotel tired and lacking a woman's touch. No hot water at night. Stayed two nights and no room service was done.

This hotel is located in a quiet corner of the Pamukkale village; not too far from all the activity at the same time not too much touristy. Simple, with basic facilities, worked for me. A few problems with the plumbing and hot water availability in the morning.

The hotel owner is very kind and very helpful: allowed us to keep the room longer hours without charge a fee. When he saw that there was no shampoo he bought it for us. The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and cooked at home. The hotel price is very cheap and the hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the spa Pamukkale. The bathroom is old but clean

The two brothers could not do enough for me. I got the wrong bus ticket at the Otogar and one took me into town with his car and straightened the whole thing out. The day I was leaving one offered to take me to the buss station. The breakfasts were terrific... Wonderful place. Highly recommend.

This is a very friendly hotel with very helpful hosts and a wonderful cat Casper for company! The rooms are very cosy and warm with a balcony and 24 hours hot water. Location-wise, the hotel is perfect with both the centre and the travertines very close, just 10 mins. walk. Also, the location of the hotel is very well marked especially at the centre of the town where the dolmus drops you. Thus even though we reached late at night, we did not have any trouble locating the place. Besides free wifi, the hotel also has a single computer with internet which can be used by guests. The hotel serves a very generous breakfast and at one time when we needed to checkout early, the hosts happily arranged for our breakfast half an hour before the usual schedule. Besides they were very helpful with the information about the local sites and transportation. If in Pamukkale, do stay here! I liked everything!

The Hotel staff is friendly and willing to help. When they knew that we have bought the bus ticket but had to handle transportation to Denizli by ourselves, they called Pamukkale bus company and asked them to pick us up right at the hotel. This helped us a lot because we had big luggages and many carrying stuffs. The hotel location is good and we can have site seeing just by walk. There's a balcony in every of our rooms but we have no time to enjoy it. If the hotel could make the mattress to be more confortable, it would be better. Anyway, the hotel is fair of the money.

Good value for the price paid, nice breakfast, quite clean. It is a little more complicated here, first of all don't go in this hotel otherwise than in the summer. They don't have heating and this is a huge problem. We were at the end of March, outside was quite cold and in the room was even colder. When we asked for heating they told us to heat with the air condition system, but this was not working well. After arguing for 15 minutes we got an electric heater from the, but.....surprise, after 5 minutes of heating with the electric heater the fuze is down, so....again no heat. We stayed for 2 nights and there were 2 freezing cold nights. In the summer I guess it is ok, but, please, think twice if you are not going in the warm weather.
