Breakfast buffet at 45 $ per person The taksim area is very noisy. The windows are not double /sound proof. Had to use ear plugges to sleep. Watch fot the conceirge: They sometimes dont have your interest.Told us to go on a cruse which was a scame and a rip off. Dont pay until you actually see the product

But it was less than my expectation and there was no value for money. I received less than I paid.

Its location, its views over Taksim Square and it's well equipped gym.

The rooms and bathroom were starting to look tired and dated. Furniture, fixture and carpets were old, worn or broken. Housekeeping was very poor, with used coffee cups not being replaced, bottled water and coffee not replenished, only 1 towel for 2 people, nothing tidied or thrown away. Thoroughly dissappointing for an expensive, premium hotel in Istanbul. I've stayed at much better in the city for the same or a lower price.

I like the hotel location and the friendly staff.the club lounge breakfast and the effort of the staff to help as much as they could .

The club rooms are too small,tours organizing, house keeping, Aircondtioning of my rooms,the hotel is not a five stars one, long waiting for check in, not fill filling my booking rooms selection. Bathrooms are too small for the luxury rooms that I selected.poor bathrooms supplies .

The Marmara Taksim was the highlight of my trip to Istanbul. The staff was remarkable and freindly, and went out of their way to help. The hotel was stunning, and the rooms were luxurious and extremely comfortable. The view of the Old City was also fabulous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Istanbul.

A modern, well appointed, high rise luxury hotel conveniently located in Taksim Square, a major transport hub with metro, bus station and funicular down to the ferry and tram terminal in Kabatas. The tram at Kabatas goes to the major tourist sights in Sultanahmet - Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace, Aghia Sophia, Grand bazaar. Many restaurants, cafes and bars in the surrounding area. Retro tram also starts at Taksim and takes you down Istikal Street, the "Oxford St of Istanbul" with lots of well known shops and interesting architecture esp in a couple of galleries of the main drag. Each leg of a journey on the tram, metro, ferries and funicular costs 1.75try - under one Euro - so very cheap. The hotel is not cheap - so for special occasions. Lovely views over the Bosphorus and Golden Horn in some rooms - worth the extra money.

the location of the hotel (in Taksim area) is excellnet and makes it very easy to gon in & out.

1. room rates is so expensive. 2. the hotel was undergoing renovation which made it noisy at some times. 3. room furniture & carpets should be improved. 4. A/C was disabled during my stay which made it very annying. I had to open the windows to get cold air. 5. i will recommend it if room rates is lowered & A/C is fixed.

1)Pefect location; right at the centre of Taksim sq. 2) cheap taxis compared with the other taxis.

Reception staffs are not well trained on welcoming & grooming their guests Security guards on the hotel entrance are impolite & rude

Unique view of the town espesially from "Panorama" restaurant at the 20eth floor where you can also take breakfast every morning !!! The room is good, clean and comfortable... I believe that this is far away the best location in Instabul.

The location is perfect especially that in few steps you reach the metro which is really easy to get anywhere you like. And plus the staff were really kind and very helpful.

The hotel was under renovation, so it was somehow noisy even after midnight and we had to change our room to get some sleep. And the towels were really old and not suitable to be used in 5 stars Hotel.
