The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They arranged transport with local drivers and helped us draw up an itineray of sites to see in Ankara. The hotel was basic, clean and excellent value for money. The room smelt of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was the most ideal hotel of our whole trip in Turkey though there's a little misunderstanding at first beginning. I booked a triple room with extra bed for four persons, but when we checked in, a corner room was prepared for us with a double bed and 2 extra beds. I went to manager's office, he blamed that receptionist, to be honest, I was a little scared at that time, and showed me by himself what I booked room was actually not suitable for us. The best important thing is that he offered two twin bed rooms against the same price finally. I'm very appricated the staff's attitude. Another thing gained my favor is the breakfast, very rich, I love hot soup very much. The location is excellent, very quiet with good neighborhood, and walk to Tunali street by 15 mins, very various of restaurants there, it's a fashion and morden area.

“Location - it was an easy walk from the hotel to most of the sites. Breakfast - a good selection, constantly refreshed. Price - very good There were 3 people on our group and so we had 2 rooms - on our first visit we were given good rooms with space and excellent bathrooms. 1 member of the hotel staff was very helpful - we had hired a car and asked advice about routes.
