    Location

The owner 'welcoming' as with the rudest way he could .His first priority was to get the full payment for our 2 days stay and keep our passports in order to give our details to Police ! even my 8years old child , we felt like criminals . The 'deluxe room' we get was more like a bird cage , on the upper floor of the building with small windows sad and old decoration. Photos on the site are totally misleading . The sun screens where missing so we wake up early every morning . Cheese and ham was uncovered in the breakfast buffet so at the first day we found some wasps having breakfast before us . Definitely this is not a boutique hotel , not even a hotel , it's at the best a low budget guesthouse with rude and unprofessional owner .

The rooms were clean enough to feel comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I'd like to stay here when I come to Marmaris again and if the prices does not increase too much.

The guests staying in the rooms near to lobby hear the noise coming from the bar in the late hours.

It was a small, nice hotel. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. They even try to help you with tours. Meals are good deal, not expensive and drinks also. Clean, small but enough swimming pool. Very close to Icmeler Beach. For price/quality perfect hotel. Wifi not very fast but have signal in the room.

Excellent Location, Food was very nice

This is not a Boutique hotel, it is the owners idea of a boutique hotel but it is in poor taste. The condition of the hotel is poor, needs a lot of TLC and money spending on the interiors. There is not enough storage for clothes etc. We had a veranda to our room but couldn't use it because it was full of junk

It is a budget-friendly hotel. Location also is fine for those who prefer places far from the noise. One of the guys and a young lady working there were helpful and kind. Breakfast was fine. It is a fine place for those who want to spent nights. I did not have meal there, therefore can not comment in this regard.

Actually it is not a hotel. I think it was a house made over the guest house. The pictures shown in the Booking.com does not correspond to reality. I would never say that the hotel shown in the photos in Booking.com and the place where I stayed are the same buildings. The room on the first floor where I stayed was described as a room with a garden view in my reservation. But instead it was just a little backyard where unnecessary things and tools were left. TV set did not work properly. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. The door of the shower cabin was half open (the second part was absented; maybe it was designed in this way). Therefore a floor in the bathroom was flooded if water pressure was strong. Maybe, some rooms were renovated because rooms upstairs had a different looking. If yes, I think the managers should take care of these kinds of things and provide everyone the same conditions.Yes, it was cheap but you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff who were extremely helpful, great location on a quiet side street just minutes from Icmeler beach, good lunch/dinner menu, nice shower, stocked fridge in room. Overall excellent value for money.

Rooms and balcony were quite compact and we were opposite the small reception, so often a little noisy, especially at breakfast, but there really wasn't anything to complain about. Breakfast typically Turkish, so don't expect a full fry up - unless you want to pay a few pounds extra.

-Owner of the hotel and the personnel are polite. -Rooms are very well-equipped for the price you pay

-If you happen to be inside your room when cleaning is being done, your room is just passed; we didn't get any cleaning nor towels for three days. -Breakfast is very poor and boring

We liked nothing about this hotel. We were asked to pay for the whole stay before we actually even saw our room. The doors do not have a proper lock. The sheets and pillows were not really white but grey. The decoration is really low quality. You see even the cement from the construction time on the wall. You have to wait to have hot water in the morning.

We stayed at Mavera for 15 days. We liked the location and friendly treatment of the staff in general. Good excursion services were recommended by the manager.

During our 15-day stay the room was cleaned only once!!! After a week we were forced to move to a room on the first floor with much worse conditions: smaller size, separate beds, broken shower, no sound isolation (a lot of noises at night), located near the public toilet in the yard. For this situation we got a truly minor compensation. Only one staff member spoke good English, but obviously he wasn't always there when we needed to ask something. The barman wasn't well-trained as he couldn't make most drinks on the menu. They offered very poor and non-various breakfast. All we can say that you can have a decent rest at Mavera only for a short time.

This hotel has a great location just 3 min. walk from the beach and in the right end of the beach with more life, shops, restaurants, but still no noise at night. the staff are very friendly, helpfull and want to let you feel at home. we will absolutely stay here again, when we go to Icmeler again.

There are no juice or anything cold to drink at breakfast, only water from a semi cold bigbottle.

We absolutely loved staying at this small family-ran hotel. The atmosphere is amazing and we have never before experienced such amount of hospitality. The staff heard from one of the other guests that we were having our anniversary and spontaneously threw us (and the other guests) a party! The rooms are clean, the pool area and other facilities are great and the food in the restaurant has every time been fresh and tasty. We honestly had THE BEST holiday we've ever had, thanks to the ever-friendly staff and relaxed and friendly guests this hotel seems to attract. Thank you, Mavera, we will never forget our amazing time with you in Icmeler!

Great hotel in a beautiful surrounding. Great and helpfull staff. Food was very good and cheap. The chef Hammet was a very nice man.So was the headwaiter Hussein. Nice and clean pool.

The room (a bit on the small side) The waiter Hussein not being there anymore. I don't know why but this is a great loss for the hotel.
