very polite stuff, good position in the area of sirkeci, good and rich breakfast. would recommend for couples. There was a bad smell in the elevators and in the bathroom. |

The hotel staff were very very helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. The location was superb, only 5 minute walk to Sirkeci station, and about 10 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Ayasophya. The room was clean and well kept, the inroom was safe was a massive plus. |

Goog located in the old city. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. They welcome you with sweets and give you gifts when you leave. Good prices also. Small rooms. You dont have space to work. Poor breakfast. There is no bar in the hotel. |

The service was great, free internet and room safe, breakfast was plentiful, the staff was always willing to help out with our questions. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice we had a triple. nothing other than if they could have more luggage stands in the room. |

the location was good:near the train station, the spice bazaar,the pier of eminonu,the bridge of galata.top kapi and ayia sofia were up the hill but close enough.the room was ok. the room lacked some basic amenities like a trash can and the breakfast was poor. |

Comfortable and clean. The location is extremely convenient, which is only door step to the tram station, the pier and the important sights. Comparable to 5-star hotel and good value for money. Slightly noisy as it is next to a busy street and there is little sound proof. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is perfect for visiting all the major tourist sights of Istanbul and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and eating places. Rooms are very recently decorated and in good condition; the bed was particularly comfortable. The hotel restaurant was not open during the evenings for our stay and on occasions barely coped with the number of people for breakfast. |

Staffs were very friendly. Conveniently located for sightseeing spots in the old city. Tram station is also very close. Although we were not much distracted, noise from cafe across the street continued until quite late in the night. |
