The rooms are very clean. The hotel is quiet. The rooms have balconies with view. No elevator. The open buffet breakfast is very bad, they charge for orange juice. No minibar in standard rooms. The swimming pool is extremely small. Internet is slow. à la carte prices are very high. They do not have an option on booking.com to choose the type of bed(s), E.G. twin or queen/king, moreover they do not contact you regarding this issue. Low quality beds. Extremely small bathroom. Wake-up serviece is very bad, they simply forget you, we were almost missing our bus because of this.

location, price, stunning view, contrary to other reviews we found the staff quite helpfull bed very hard. this place is not for the infirm as there are a lot of steep steps and no elevator. unfortunately the hotel next door is expanding and the constant noise of angle grinders, drop saws and drills all day and until nine pm at night was a real negative for us. also the central staircase is a real noise conductor and any noise in the foyer carries up it.

Steps, steps and more steps, and that is all before you get to the lobby. No elevater and then more steps. A suite with a side balcony, could not use.

Position on seafront Beautiful situation spoilt by the fact our room just looked out onto a brick wall and was very dark. We had booked a 'suite' and so felt very disappointed as the view from the front is amazing. No discount for the rooms without a view. Lot of stairs no lift and no help with luggage. Services very minimal.

Medusa Hotel was a very good example of a basic quality. Especially the cleanness of the rooms and hotel facilities impressed me. The location is unbelivable and the view is amazing worth everything. It is also very close to everything. Personnel is very helpful and dedicated. The breakfast could have been a bit better however decent enough. The stairs are a bit demanding and need to be careful-for information of whom cares about that. the hotel also has a little deck used as a beach in the day and restauramt in the night which is very nice. One night we ate there and it was very romantic and the food was more than acceptable. So I strongly recommend this hotel and especially Kas! Could have been a bit more modern with nice music and better breakfast.

-- It s so close to the see side and urban center and it has a nice views to the see. -- its has a lot stairs, small bathroom, poor breakfast, the swimming pool is closed too much time (breakfast time, dinner time, lunch time), night...and expensive talking about quality/price.

It is a beautiful setting and the patio and pool areas are beautiful with a gorgeous view. The rooms are not big, but as a crash pad for spending a week on the beach, it's more than fine. They are still working out some customer service issues at the management level. The staff is eager to please but the owner doesn't know how to say "We made a mistake" "I'm sorry" or "Let me fix that".

The rooms facing the sea have wonderful views. Side bedrooms not so good although still have a side view. The breakfast was superb. Hotel has great swimming platforms over the sea and a swimming pool. It is just the right distance from the town (10 mins walk). Kas is an interesting, picturesque and lively town. The rooms are very small and cramped with a small, shower only, bathroom . Unnecessary to make a point of charging extra for orange juice at breakfast. Not suitable for unfit or elderly people as there are many stairs.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions, boat tours and the center. Changing varieties of food in breakfast. Small and old rooms, which are convenient but not something spectacular.

The location is ideal, and the hotel has both a pool and sunbathing platform over the sea. Rooms are tastefully furnished and bathrooms have modern fittings No real negative points, but be aware there are lot of steps to deal with going from the road/sea level to the hotel. This is the same for anywhere in Kas though.

Nice hotel, great view, quiet but reasonably central location After all the positive reviews about their staff we read here we weren't impressed with their attitude at all - we simply didn't feel welcome... We decided to leave after 2 days instead of staying for the 9 we had planned...

Be prepared to climb stairs! This lovely hotel is built on the steep slope above the waterfront road, at least 30 steps just to the reception, and then more to the rooms. As long as you are fit to climb the stairs you will love this place. A quiet and beautiful location looking out at the bay and the Greek Island about a mile away. Lovely pool, excellent buffet breakfast with filter coffee, and the attractions of the town a five minute walk away. Our room had a small balcony, room for two chairs and a small table, and comfortable but very firm mattress. The view from our room more than compensated for the climb to reach it.

The location is excellent. Perfect views but not in the noisy part of town. We paid for a deluxe room, which had marginally more space than the cheaper, but the cheaper had the spectacular sea views, and our balcony looked onto the side of another hotel. Some net curtains would provide a bit of privacy. Staff were moody.

The location and seaview from the hotel. Language difficulties with staff. We'd learnt the hard way about clear communication with staff. It cost us dearly unfortunately.

The hotel is situated directly at the seafront (only separated from the ocean by a small street with nearly no traffic). The rooms are relatively small (except the suites) but very quiet and clean. Most of them have direct sea view (except the suites). The suites have a lateral sea view which is stunning, too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit simple but fine. I definitely enjoyed my stay at the Medusa Hotel and would recommend it to my friends.

Denize ulasimi guzeldi.
