We bought half board because of the distance to town and were surprised at how excellent it was. There were a variety of mezzes and a huge platter of skewered meat with all the trimmings. An amazing view.

The maid didn't come the two days we were there and had to ask for more towels. There was a huge storm and our windows leaked. We were charged for wine glasses and ice brought to our rooms which seemed like it should be standard.

Meis Hotel was a highlight of our Med road trip! Not expecting much, we where pleasantly surprised! Service... clean room...incredible view... A perfect day in the sun!

The hotel is a fairly old building... A renovation here and there will be in place.

The view of the room was amazing. Room was clean. The family who runs the business was so friendly and helpfull. Private beach was nice.

Food quality was poor. Breakfast was poor. We paid a fortune for the low quality owner-prepared ''dinner'' ! Family run business! Should be some real staff there. Body towels were small.

Only thing going for this hotel is the view

Not very clean very run down in all areas pics on your Webb page advertising this hotel are 3 yrs old hotel run by only 5 staff cook two young students a cleaner ( v poor job she did ) & manager who did nothing but sit in reception. & smoke with his friends had to rely on students to help us with things as limited English spoken breakfast was a joke but second from last day they really pushed the limits as only 8 people in hotel manager decided we didn't need a buffet breakfast so eight plates of mini buffet breakfast was left for us including meat on my plate & I am a vegetarian oh & gym. & sauna as advertised non existing fancy restaurant non existing it's the breakfast room with different place matts on table well expensive over £700 for 10 days not worth it noticed no one was there longer than 2 days appears to be a drop in type of place please remove this hotel from your sight as it is very misleading look on trip adviser for added opinion

Very nice rooms and nice location. However, the hotel is neglected

Hotel is like abandoned/deserted. Legions of mosqitos.

    - Great view - Good value - even with the negative points this hotel is still cheap and none of them are deal breakers

    - Only one of the staff members speaks a little english - Hotel hasnt been looked after - fittings broken, walls and floors dirty, lights not working - Restaurant has young inexperienced staff and food is average - private beach furniture old and broken

Location is great. Meals are wonderful, fine dining. The staff is very helpful. The price was very good and we didn't expect too much before our arrıval but we could't believe that quality with such a good price. It is absolutely one of the best hotels in Çukurbağ, Kaş. I look forward to staying there again next summer.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot and has a wonderful view toward Meis island. It is a nicely designed building and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is understaffed. Therefore, the following are neglected: Garden (plants are no longer watered and are dying), the bar is not operated, the wet bar in the pool is flooded and a breading place for Mosquitoes, there is a lack of umbrellas at the breakfast terrace. In the King suite, there is mold at the sealing of the showers.

The location and the view of the hotel is fantastic! We also did appreciate the peace. It is in the peninsula of Kas (lovely city, better and more authentic than Kalkan by the way), therefore you'll need a car or to take the Dolmus (every 30mns) to go to city center. The staff (Hatice & her young brother) was really friendly and is trying to make everything possible so you can enjoy your stay. Be aware they don't have much means, but they really care to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is good and changing every day. Fresh fruits. BBQ at night prepared by owner. Loved the direct access to the sea. We will stay again there if we have the chance to come back.

The owner is very friendly person, but has no clew (and money?) how to manage a hotel. His hotel is like a rough diamond, with huge potential if you polish it! Really need a deep refresh in the rooms and all the facilities. Place is very sunny and hot, and not too much shade (more umbrellas). We didn't find the sauna, but we also forgot to ask. But all in all they ALL try to do their best to make you feel comfortable, and actually we did! We still recommend the place, at least for the location and people.

Specious room, good aircondition, very good view from the sea view rooms, two balconies of a room! Friednly and helpful staff, especially the owner of the hotel. Clean and tidy hotel. generally satisfying.

not much but there was no net on the windows so you cant open them at night coz of the mosquitos. Also the alacarte dinner is a bit overpriced. Its optional though. Breakfast wasnt very generous as well. The other thing was there was no light in the bathroom, asked the reception they said try again it would come at some point but there was no show. Fallowing day we were leaving and they said they asked for an electrician to have a look after we left. There can always be this kind of tecnical problems im not sure its 100% down to them.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past and it was brilliant hence our return. The location is superb as are the views. Unfortunately half the hotel has been sold off and it appeared to us that there were significant financial problems in fact we thought the place must have gone into liquidation.

The building itself is great but the inside equipment all very shabby, tired with broken equipment and not the standard for the price paid. The outside was worst in that there was hardly any decent furniture left and hardly any shade provided. It gets very hot over there and you need lots of shade. There were four very small flimsy umberellas for about 12 sun beds. The bars weren't stocked and the lovely bar area by the pool had now only three tatty bar stools. No wonder no one uses the facilities. The pool, whilst a great size, had dirty brown marks all across the bottom, no way would we swim in it. I actually wept to see what had happened to it! Breakfast wasn't provided as a buffet just some plates with food were delivered to us both of which looked as if it had been recyled off others plates. Despite having paid and being unable to get our money back we left as soon as we could. We know we are not the only guest to have done this. Whatever you do do not stay at this hotel it is very depressing, no fun, and you can get so much more from the other hotels near by for the same money.

Great place. Superfriendly staff and nice atmosphere. Awsome food, especially the fresh grilled fish. The kids loved the place. And so did we.

You must have your own car if you come with kids.

We stayed there four nights and never once left the premises. The room was spacious, clean, and bright with a grand view. The pool was warm and wonderful to swim in. The half-board option was well worth it - wonderful food and great atmosphere. Breakfasts were uniformly great. The staff was a delight. The location overlooking the water was magnificent.

View from the window is very special at night. You can see very closely the meis island with a very strange light visualization. Besides the hotel Kas is a very nice place for a holiday.

The hotel was very dirty and neglected. You can not find any personnel around. The rooms are not cleaning daily. Breakfast is very poor and the plates vere dirty.
