Our room was very comfortable, modern, clean and a good size. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and hospitable. The free breakfast was definitely worth waking up for too.
I would eat in the town rather than the hotel restaurant in the evenings. The food is tastier and less expensive in the town. The air conditioner wasn't the most effective for heating our room in the winter, but it still worked so this wasn't a significant issue.
The manager knew english, which was a big relief for us. They were warm and helping nature staff. Facilities are good considering the place
Everything was clean and new. The personnel tried to be kind and efficient. Good relation price-quality.
This is a familiar hotel. They accept children, who can be really loudy. Personnel kindly played with them, but children became even more noisy and annoying. For those who are looking for a silent and calmy place, this could be a problem. Adults could not talk at the restaurant because of children playing all around. When leaving the hotel, at 6:00am, the front desk guy was sleeping deeply at a sofa in the lobby, which was unconfortable.
We stayed for two nights. Wonderful place, great staff, nicely kept location. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends for sure.
Location is good (Pamukkale is a very small place by the way). We are able to walk from hotel to the "Cotton castle" in 10 minutes. Staff are very helpful and kind. We arrived at 7am (and starved following an overnight bus journey). Staff agreed to let us have breakfast for free. Room is clean and tidy, and quite big comparing to the hotels in Istanbul.
Great location! And the restaurant of the hotel was a surprise for us. We had dinners there while we were waiting for our bus and had nothing else to do, but the food was so good! Even better than many restaurants we tried in Istanbul. And the staff was really helpful!
The location is very good. And the owner + staff were amazing! We needed ice cubes one night in winter but no one sold ice there in winter & they looked everywhere for us and brought us "glove" ice cube. Very helpful and kind people. The mama's salad is the best!
just clean dinner was good
drier was not working when i was check out, he didn't give change. just he said,, i have no change...... when if you pay, you need to ready small change.
we brought our own soy source and we forgot to brought it back to our room. When we asked the staff later, he just ignored us and later tell us that he throw it to the rubbish bin. What a pity of us who brought the soy source for the kids. He did not appologise to us but just play with his handphone. What a shame Melrose because you have this unpolite staff
Good location Very good food very kind staff
Service was good Wi fi was the best we had in Turkey
Juice made with powder and warm water for breakfast is a no no Being put into a room in winter where the patio door could not close and the heater/a.c did not work Room very cramped
A family owned this hotel. Mum cooked well and provided homemade dinner. Wec ould see the beautiful from the window of the room.
Extremely attentive staff. Would happily stay here again.
Windows wouldn't shut the first evening (very cold outside), but the manager used impressive brute force to persuade them to close!
Bcoz my flight was delayed and missed connecting flight we got there a day later that too arrived literary in the middle of night but informed Mr Mehmet the owner, he said it wasn't a problem and there was someone waiting us at 3 a.m. The breakfast on terrace with beautiful views of travertines and his kind son Mr Kadir even dropped us to the entrance of Hierapolis and explained how to go about the whole visit. He let us take towels for hot springs. In the evening they gave us late check out and arranged for our tickets and dropped to bus station as we had luggage. Very good experience !
the hotel is very new！and the staff is very friendly and helpful，we enjoyed our stay there.
The attentive staff, not many customers, restaurant available with food, as the surrounding restaurants and shop are all close during winter
The toilet floods like crazy, and sometime we can't find the staffs as they are busy attending to customers at the restaurant in top floor.
Very Very Clean. Mr.Mehmet is very sweet.
Nothing at all
It was a new facility. So it was clean. Beds were comfortable. Dinner was cooked by the wife of the owner. Therefore, though it is a restaurant food, it also has the feeling of a home-made food. After eating kebap and pide many days in the tour, it was good to taste nice food. The son of the owner was willing to drive us up to the South Gate of the Pamukkale because we wanted to walk down from there. We gave some tip as we got off his car.
As someone mentioned in the review, it was not straightforward to find the hotel. We had a car and gps. We got lost once and quickly got back. One street in the Google map is actually closed. Wifi was ok, but sometimes it did not work though we got connected to the wifi. Water was only warm in the evening but very hot in the morning. Probably water can not be heated all the way when many people use at the same time. Oh, the room was long but a little bit narrow. So there was not much space between beds and the wall, it was squeezy to get by.
Excellent hotel . Excellent staff . Value for money . Had a great stay .
Location, staff, breakfast everything was so good.
newly and clean. room is beautiful. kindness(I remember humours guys) shuttle service . breakfast in terrace is good. I want to stay once more if I visit Pamukkale again.
nothing. I recommend this hotel.
Hotel modern, clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast OK but not exceptional. Some good fresh coffee would make a difference.
New and spacious room for twin sharing. Have a very nice dinner in the roof top restaurant.
Very friendly as soon as you walk in the hotel. Free shuttle to the top of Pummakkale, without this, it would be a hard to see all the attraction. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Good food as well.... Wifi code given without asking. First class accommodation.
location was good, walking distance from marina and restaurants. Good internet connection.
Rooms need renovation especially the bathroom. The decor of the room was very cheap and needs to redone with taste.
