There were many things that made my stay not so pleasurable about this hotel. First of all, the first day, they forgot to clean my room and they were able to clean it after 8pm. The real suprise happened just before I leave. I called them to wake me up at 6 am but there was no wake up call. I almost missed my flight. The other thing, they tried to charge me about 20 tl/night extra. The receptionist told me that their system showed another price. I told them that I have the confirmation of booking.com and after many discussions with the night manager, he didn't charge me that 20.-tl/night. This is a real scandal for Hilton and this hotel should check their quality for their house keeping, wake up calls and price system with booking.com.

Location is excellent both for business and entertainment.

Breakfast was limited in variety.

Staff are very helpful and flexible in their response to various demands

I highly recommend other travellers to stay in MersinhiltonSA hotel. The hotel service and the staffs where all very nice and and very helpful. Im looking forward to come back and stay at mersinhilton hotel on my next holidays.

Comfortable, friendly staff, good location not far from the Mersin Forum shopping mall.

I did'nt like the fact that there was no free wi fi, nore did I like the fact that I could'nt change the temperature of the air conditionning. This is not acceptable for a five stars hotel. The price of local calls was not reasonable.

Good location right at the promenade and near many restaurants. Good breakfast. Hilton standart as usual.

Great hospitality. The Manager Baran Yatagan showed us around and even let us see the set up of a graduation and wedding in progress. He didn't ask if we made a lot of money. He treated us like we were royalty. His attitude will be the reason we come back. It will be worth it to save up a little to stay at a quality hotel like this.

Çalışlanların ilgisi çok iyiydi. Otel konumu itibarıyla çok uygun bir yerde. Sabah saat 7:00'de yürüyüşten sonra deniz kenarında kahvaltısı çok keyifli.

Wi-fi odalarda da ücretsiz olmalı.

Çalışanlar ilgisiz ve fiyatının beklentisini karşılamıyor.

Otelin konumu çok iyi ,deniz kenarında her tarafı ferah ve aydınlık, personel nazik ve saygılı, temiz,şehrin iyi bir semtinde yer alıyor.

Otel yaş itibariyle biraz yıpranmaya başlamış, dekorasyon değişikliğine ihtiyacı var.

Şehir içi ve merkezi.Sahil kenarında güzel manzaralı.

Otel konum olarak harika bir yerde. Hem denize sıfır hem de heryere çok yakın. Çok memnun kaldım mersinde kalacak yer arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Otelde ekstra birşey yer içerseniz çok pahalıya maloluyo.
