Primeiro quero registrar que quando cheguie no hotel cansada, tivemos que ir pra outro hotel porque eles se enganaram no dia, para compenssar eles nos deram um jantar que foi bom. Depois não tinha adaptador para recarga do meu ipad, foi desagradável porque tive que insistir várias vezes pelo adaptador.E Finalmente o gerente teve que mandar comprar.Depois outra reclamação foi a arrumação do quarto só foi realizada depois das 14:00 da tarde isot é ,cheamos do paseio o quarto ainda estava desarrumado.Eu realmente não gostei do tratamento.

The electricity system was dawn so all the rooms are not accebaple unless some one of satff open teh room fro each guest?? There was no internet connection as well

The place

1- the bed is too small for tow person. 2- the superior room too small. 3-The superior room it doesn't look to any view as it's shown on the description of the room. 4- there is no tea maker as it shown when I order it they bring it 5- At the time that I stayed it was very very noisy because there was a construction next to the hotel 24 hour. 6- when we changed the room to the deluxe ( other side ) every morning from 8-12 it was noisy from the house keeping they use the exit door even mint . 7- the breakfast is the same there is no changing. 8- It's not a 4 star hotel it's 3 or 2 star. 9-The T.v is too small and have no variable channels. 10-No welcoming repair for honey moon guests.

Good location for shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

The staff doesn't seem happy to work there. Very few smiles. Every single time we ask a question to the staff about the city we either got the wrong information or no answer at all. This should not happen in an hotel of this category. It ruined our appreciation of this hotel. The breakfeast include is ordinary as most Istanbul hotel's breakfast tough.

Although rooms are small, but the hotel was perfect as location, decoration, cleanness and price. The only disadvantage it is far from the metro station for those people who are using metro as a main transportation tool

Location and Turkish bath

The hotel is severely understaffed and the available staff are running the hotel randomly the hotel Is good but not compatible with the rate they charge the bed is too small and not suitable for couples though they tag the rooms for double occupency

the 3 bed room was not a 3 bed room - it was a double room with a children's bed

Our room was booked as non smoking and we were on the smoking floor ... the room stank of stake cigatrettes. When I quieried this I was told that you could smoke in all of the rooms .... this was not the case as other floors were clarly marked no smoking !

Superior rooms are extremely small and no balcony... nothing. Just 9 squared metres and that's it.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. They made our dinner reservations for us and assisted with our many inquiries. They even assisted me in getting a refund on boat tickets I had booked a month earlier when we opted to fly to our next destination. The breakfast is very nice and the rooftop bar has a fantastic view. We had dinner 1 night on the rooftop and i must say my hamburger was delicious. The music was great ... just wish there had been more people apart from us and the bar staff!

The room was a little small but we are used to that having stayed in many European and NYC hotels. The bed was a double although it felt a bit smaller (we have a king at home so perhaps that is a personal issue). I was surprised to find that they do not have an iron in the room nor do they have one you can borrow. They only offer laundry and pressing service so if you need to press anything while you're there bring one with you or be prepared to pay +/- 6TL per shirt. Also there was very little room to hang clothing (approx 16"). I ended up draping all my clothes over the chair. Not huge issue in the grand picture but it is the small details that really can make the difference if you are staying in Istanbul for 6+ days like we did.

It is a hotel which is near the Istiklal Avenue, it is 3 minutes walking. The staff is excellent, they speak very good English and they are very helpful. The spa is very relaxing. The rooms and the whole hotel is very very clean.The bathroom is great and is one of the nicest that I have ever seen.The Wi-Fi was very good and it was free. Also I would like to mention that I went to check in the hotel at 12 o'clock and my room was already fixed.

The rooms are a bit small for 27 m2 (the photos on the Internet show the rooms very big but they are not) but they were very clean.The breakfast was O.K. (a bit pure) but it can be improved. The ham am was not available at the time we went to the spa. The lobby is a bit small and there is not enough space on the front desk and on the reception. The location of the hotel is very good but the street and the neighborhood is poor.
