Primeiro quero registrar que quando cheguie no hotel cansada, tivemos que ir pra outro hotel porque eles se enganaram no dia, para compenssar eles nos deram um jantar que foi bom. Depois não tinha adaptador para recarga do meu ipad, foi desagradável porque tive que insistir várias vezes pelo adaptador.E Finalmente o gerente teve que mandar comprar.Depois outra reclamação foi a arrumação do quarto só foi realizada depois das 14:00 da tarde isot é ,cheamos do paseio o quarto ainda estava desarrumado.Eu realmente não gostei do tratamento.

The hotel is severely understaffed and the available staff are running the hotel randomly the hotel Is good but not compatible with the rate they charge the bed is too small and not suitable for couples though they tag the rooms for double occupency

Our room was booked as non smoking and we were on the smoking floor ... the room stank of stake cigatrettes. When I quieried this I was told that you could smoke in all of the rooms .... this was not the case as other floors were clarly marked no smoking !

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. They made our dinner reservations for us and assisted with our many inquiries. They even assisted me in getting a refund on boat tickets I had booked a month earlier when we opted to fly to our next destination. The breakfast is very nice and the rooftop bar has a fantastic view. We had dinner 1 night on the rooftop and i must say my hamburger was delicious. The music was great ... just wish there had been more people apart from us and the bar staff!

The room was a little small but we are used to that having stayed in many European and NYC hotels. The bed was a double although it felt a bit smaller (we have a king at home so perhaps that is a personal issue). I was surprised to find that they do not have an iron in the room nor do they have one you can borrow. They only offer laundry and pressing service so if you need to press anything while you're there bring one with you or be prepared to pay +/- 6TL per shirt. Also there was very little room to hang clothing (approx 16"). I ended up draping all my clothes over the chair. Not huge issue in the grand picture but it is the small details that really can make the difference if you are staying in Istanbul for 6+ days like we did.

The hotel has a nice decoration and the room were very interesting since it had a terrace with table and chairs. The last floor bar is amazing because of the sightseeing. The price was fair between accomodation and overall quality. I have to remark that the hotel location is very, very good. It's near from everything but far from noise and to much confusion since it's located on a secondary street. You can walk to Taksim in 10m maximum.

Staff are not prepared for a four star hotel. Most of them don't understand/ speak correct english. Altought the spa was very good, they close at diferent hours and sometimes the information in the reception is not aligned with other input from internal staff. The same happened with the last floor bar. One time the reception told us the bar will opne by 6 pm, a guy upstairs told that was around 3pm and at the end didn't opened on that day. The cleaning personel were rude and not polite. They never cleaned outside (ashtrays, table, etc.) They start cleaning the rooms by 7am with lots of noise. One time I called the reception to complain and the day after happened exactly the same thing. This failures should be reviewed since the hotel could be even more interesting.

If you want to stay in the New City near Istikal Cadessi than this is a great choice. The neighborhood is very hip and it's definitely the place all the young, local Turkish people like to hang out. The hotel is on a quiet street located just off Istikal next door to the British Consulate. It's far enough from the action where the street noise is not a big concern - but yet only a one minute walk. The water pressure in the hotel is amazing. The rooms are nicely done. The first room I was given was on the third floor looking into the wall of the consultate complete with barbed wire - not what I was hoping - they promptly moved me to a higher floor in a duplex room and I was happy with this.

The staff seemed a little green in all aspects from check in to breakfast - but if you ask for help - you get it - but it's not automatic. Getting from this part of town over to Sultanhamet is a slight production if you are unfamiliar with Istanbul - an easy taxi ride - but cab drivers in Istanbul are notoriously dishonest and I was taken for a joy ride twice (despite being an experienced traveler) - but like I said, most Turks would rather be over here - if it's nightlife your after - this is this place. I had a lot of fun meandering the streets after dark - so much action and fun.

Very modern and nice rooftop bar. Helpful staff. Room had some nice touches ie. Loofah in bathroom.

Price. Was overpriced for what it was and compared with the other place I stayed at in Istanbul city, about 15 mins walk away

This hotel is in a central location close to all the shopping and night life.The service was generally good. We were very impressed by the hospitality of hotel staff ,most especially from Tahsin who works in the reseption.

With respect to the room price the breakfast should be better.

Excellent staff, clean & spacious rooms. Perfect location if you plan to stay near taksim.

We loved the style of the Mia Pera Hotel. Everything is beautifully designed, from the elegant lobby to the hotel rooms looking out over the Bosphorus. The location is also perfect, as it's literally around the corner from the famous i̇stiklâl Avenue and just a short walk from Taksim Square. The hotel staff are very friendly and warm, and the complementary breakfast was superb.

wlan worked perfect. room service very good. nice showers. comfortable french bed. organisation through reception worked very good. ATM at the entry. mini bar well equipped. good coffee. polite employees.

reservation was made for room with balcony, there was no balcony. contructions right if front of the hotel, smaller than expected rooms. breakfast was always the same. too many employees working there, hence many just standing around. taxi drivers didnt know the street of the hotel. wellness is very expensive.

Good location for shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

The staff doesn't seem happy to work there. Very few smiles. Every single time we ask a question to the staff about the city we either got the wrong information or no answer at all. This should not happen in an hotel of this category. It ruined our appreciation of this hotel. The breakfeast include is ordinary as most Istanbul hotel's breakfast tough.
