Location in quiet street in Taksim is good. Room kinda small for the price. Good healthy breakfast with plenty of cereals and fruit if you do not want the fried heart attack stuff |

Very friendly and very service-minded staff despite the great language barrier. Very helpful manager (Mr. Tarek). Excellent wifi connection in the room .Very short walking distance to stores and restaurants Good breakfast with plenty of flavors. Amenities-rich and functional room. Nice bed and linen. Very poor communications of staff in English language (both reception and breakfast lounge). Size of room not suitable for more than half a guest! Kilos of literature (brochures/leaflets of all sorts) in the room. Very low water pressure in the shower (at least on the 10th floor). TIP: If your package does not include airport transfer check this link: www,istanbulassist.com rather than going by taxi or other outrageously expensive alternatives. Air conditioning in winter weather triggers the heater and your chances to get microwaved (in the small rooms) are excellent! Technical assistance and changing room did not help. Hotel should definitely have the ventilation system serviced/checked out by professionals. |

We were extremely pleased. Hotel design was modern and clean. Room was a decent size. Staff were wonderfully helpful. Location was charming, on a car-free cobblestone street in upscale Taksim district, very close to transportation and shops. Because cars were not permitted on the street, we had to walk a block with our luggage from the main street. |

Very clean, located close to Metro system. Pure orange juice and expresso coffee are charged as extras at breakfast.Don't believe their offer of a free taxi pick-up service from the airport, when I asked how I would identify the taxi I was told that it would be waiting outside the airport, hello, this is an international airport, not McDonalds. Finally don't eat the chocolate from the mini bar, over the week, 5 small bars cost me 50Euro. |

The room was quiet. Even though one could hear noise through the door, the hallway was constructed in a way that people did not congregate, and so this was never a problem. There was absolutely no street noise. The bathtub was large and deep, and the hot water was plentiful. They had the best breakfast I've had in Istanbul. (I do not like Turkish breakfast, but the selection here was very good, and I found a number of good things to eat.) |

Simply excellent value for money at around Eur110/night. Room (DLX twin) was superb, clean, no street noise, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was great with a nice selection for a buffet. Location great at 2 minutes' walk from taksim. Staff too were very nice. Parking a problem if you need to meet someone at hotel. Walls between rooms are very thin... |

The location was centrally located and convenient to both the popular, tourist locations we were interested in visiting during the day and the trendy bars and restaurants we wanted to visit at night. The staff was not as familiar with the area as I would have expected. |

nice location, rich breakfast, excelent front-desk staff housekeeping service - in 7 a.m. making such noise so it was impossible to sleep, we stayed for two nights - no even the waste bin was thrown, not changed towels even put on the bathtub ( in every 4 star hotel it means "please change"), housekeeping just put two cups for tea-coffee facilities even not take away the used. If the hotel management change this it is excellent hotel to stay |

The hotel was in general very nice and the rooms were also very nice, clean and very nice decorated. The breakfast was very good. The staff should definetely speak better English. Also, when i checked in they charged my credit card an extra amount of money, which they claimed was going to be removed after checking out and if i had not used any extra amenities of the hotel. The extra amount was indeed removed but i believe this action was a bit "unfriendly". |

This is the best place for a holiday. There is absolutely nothing I disliked about the place. The view was amazing, the service was excellent, the place was spotless and the food was delicious too. It was literally perfect. It was truly the best vacation I've ever had and hopefully will have again soon. |
