No air-condition bad room serves bad housekeeping

I would first like to say that I really appreciate Booking.com and all of the reviews that have been posted. They were very helpful in my decision-making process and I encourage everyone to post their comments. I stayed at this hotel for six nights. The hotel itself is very well maintained and seemed pretty new to me. Their breakfast was a great start at the beginning of the day.

The only thing that really needs their attention is the TV. During my stay I noticed that there were a lot of nationalities staying at the hotel and yet the TV was very limited in terms of international channels. One day I found an American movie and suddenly Brad Pitt was speaking Turkish. They really need to add some international channels.

Great location, Great Hotel in Business area that had secure access only to the hotels. About 100yds from Taksim Square & accross the Square from the main pedestrian street Istiklal cadessi with all the shops & eateries you could wish for. Thoroughly Enjoyed Trip.

Clean, modern, excellent staff, good breakfast, quiet room, great location for my needs, good security, would return.

Other hotels at this price in this area of Istanbul often have swimming pool, sauna or gym.

It has been the perfect choice for us from the moment we entered the hotel to the time we left. I, my wife and our 3 year old son stayed here 2 nights in our 10 days' long Turkey trip. We noticed that the pictures we had seen before booking in various websites were not tricky at all, and we found the hotel more roomy than the pictures showed.

It was a quiet,clean,safe,well furnished, very easy access to bus,metro,shops,cafe,restaurants. i liked breakfast varieties, lobby and coffee-shop also staff at hotel reception who were helpfull,smart, presentable also speak fair english language.

1- Late check in fore more than 1 hour waiting at reception in spite of hotel was not full,i arrived at 3pm, also it supposed that they knew well about my pre reservation for a triple room 3 days before arrival !! 2- Given room was too small for 2 adults and one child as seems to be only normal double room not more!!

It is located at the heart of the city and hence access to Train, Taxi etc are very easy.

I would like to say that the yellow taxies are cheating tourists a lot. On the first day, form Taksim to Bayezit, one yellow taxi charges me 136 TYL instead of 12-15 TYL and the taxi meter was showing 136 TLY.Otherwise, everything is fine.

We red all guest reviews before booking and Finally I booked Midtown and spent 3 nights there, We Strongly suggest midtown to all type of travelleres , Really it was perfect in great location and with great services , I really didn't trust guest reviews but I really suggest to everyone to trust on this
