Excellent location, professional and ready to assist staff, clean ,spacious and luxury decorated room. Everything was just perfect. An excellent hotel who deserve more than 5 Star ! Everything was Perfect that means is Nothing to complain of!

I read about the place online and reviews - I must say - its definitely home away from home. I loved the staff - it was my baby's first trip (4.5 months) and we couldn't be more appreciative of the staff. They really took care of us. If u like to see Istanbul for what it is u must stay at the sultanahmet area and everything was walk able distance. There was nothing other than they didn't have a trash in the room except one in the toilet. We did tell them at the checkout time - and they took the feedback positive and they told us we should have said it earlier and they could have arranged one. A lot of people complained about the breakfast - less variety - but I was happy - it was enough. The sweets, cakes, and cookies are all baked there - delicious.

Wonderful staff we arrived at the hotel to be welcomed by tea and sweet treats . Our room was clean and inviting. I had told the hotel it was my partners birthday trip and we had a bottle of good wine flowers fruit and cheese in our room with a welcome note from the manager . We felt like a home form home . Breakfast was a treat too fresh produce and fresh eggs served by our friendly staff with a smile that was genuine, great start to the day . We will be back thank you

What a great place to stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the lovely staff. Its a smallish hotel, so they really made the effort to get to know each guest. In particular, they were great with our two year old - he never went short of attention! One of the ladies was even able to babysit for us one evening, and our son loved spending time with her! The rooms are very nice - spacious (plenty of room for a cot) and very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious spread of fresh local specialities that changed every day. The location is great - only a few minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and 10-15 minutes from the Grand Bazzar and the wharf for the ferry cruises. It's close to trams too. But the thing that really made our stay special was the staff at the hotel. They really had that personal touch and went the extra mile to help. Thanks for a great stay! Overall, it was a fabulous place to stay!

I researched inns in the area extensively online and ultimately chose Millennium Suites and was not disappointed. The staff was extremely accomodating, friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs and fulfill our expectations. The breakfast provided each morning was outstanding. The location to all of Istanbul's must see/must do was perfect...we could walk everywhere. The hospitality of the Turkish people was so warm. The inn is small...7 rooms so attention to detail is no stranger to the staff. Albar, the Manager and his staff will not disappoint. The rooms are very nicely appointed and quite comfortable...more than a great value for the money. I would definately stay at the Millennium Suites again without hesitation. There is nothing that I can find to say negatively about the Millennium Suites! It was excellent!!!!!

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment that they have about 100 meters from the main hotel. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Would like to stay there again.

I've stayed at every range of hotel imaginable, but the service at the Millenium Suites in Istanbul is unparalled! Never have I been treated so well or slept in a more comfortable room. I lost my luggage on the way to Turkey, but found a great hotel. Fresh flowers in the room, a constant flow of complimentary snacks and beverages and the nicest people you ever want to meet make this boutique hotel stand-out among the rest. My only complaint is that I was unable to book all the days I wanted to in this gem of a hotel! :-)

Location, location, location, staff, staff, staff. Close to almost all of the major sites and museums in Istanbul. Convenient to the tram and to the major road to the airport. Staff was very helpful in every way. Rooms are of good size for an in-city hotel and the price was right.

Fabulous little hotel with a great price deal. Very comfortable bed (and pillows), good breakfast, great position very near the blue mosque, aya sofia, topkapi palace and lots of restaurants and cafes; easy walking distance to grand bazaar and tram stop. Very nice staff, good English, sense of humour. Very proactive in helping sort out a charging mistake at a local restaurant for which we were very grateful. Would love to stay again.

Fabulous location for exploring Istanbul's old town! Easy walking to Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Underground Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, etc. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and we even enjoyed dinner in the restaurant at the front of the hotel.

a real treasure to have found this hotel. All staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. Very close to all the main sights in Istanbul for walking, and reception very happy to help plan sight-seeing. Room was spotless, and spacious. Comfortable bed; shower not bath (but very good and roomy shower). A kettle and refreshments were very welcome. Very nice toiletries, replaced daily. Small restaurant serves mainly Italian food, but Turkish specialties were delicious (and very well priced). We would definately return to Millennium Suites. nothing really - except personally I do prefer a bath.

Perfectly located nearby Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia (Aya Sofya) and Topkapi. Very tasty Italian/Turkish dinners. Very friendly, warm and kind staff. Arzu, Taner, Pusat, Soner, both Alpers and off course the chef de cuisine: I'm looking forward to meet you very soon again in Istanbul. Thanks again for the hospitality!

MIllenium Suites has a very large room with everything clean and confortamble. The room really has 30m2 and was perfect for us. A couple and my son with 15 yrd. It is a small hotel, around 6 rooms with small recepction and a familiar service. It´s located in a street full of hotels and restaurants and near Sta. Sophia and Blue Mosque in Sultanhamet. We recomend it.

One of the nicest places to stay in Istanbul. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Very close to historic places and located at the center of many restaurants and bars and cafes.

The location just next to the most important visiting points is just perfect and the athmosphere of the restaurant street where the hotel is located is very nice. The personnel is very nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. The separate suite with 3 bedrooms is very good for a big family. The only weakness was that it was a bit dark and hot. One would have wished a balcony to get some more fresh air to the room. The price during the top season was relatively high, but reasonable taking into account the big size and good location.

Very special hotel. Excellent location, several minutes' walk to the main scenic spots and convenient transportation. Very relax and warm like family. Food was nice. Friendly staff with high quality service. Everything was perfect.

Street view is nice. Nice breakfast. Kind staff. Clean. I think the hotel has competitiviness. I think it takes over 5 minutes from the tram station. The hotel is located in the street that many hotels are existed, so the location is good, but it is a little hard to find the sign.

Very friendly, personal service, newly refubished large rooms, well appointed bathroom, excellent buffet breakfast, restaurant on premises but also dozens of others within a 5 minute walk. The location is charming and perfect for visiting the old town, Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. Not a problem for us, but guests need to be able to climb stairs as there is no lift.

“I went to Istanbul for the New Year’s weekend and stayed at the White House hotel. They are VERY customer oriented, from the preliminary emails before I arrived, the wonderful greeting with a gift upon arrival, then offering me a bottle of wine and fruit when I arrived back later that first night. I had wanted to go on a River cruise for the New Year’s eve celebration and was disappointed to find it was full, but the manager (Harun Cadirci) found out and made some calls and lo, & behold, he managed to get me onto the cruise! I had a fabulous time in Istanbul, in part because of my stay at this hotel which is in such close proximity to all the major attractions in Istanbul! I want to say thank you to Omar, who worked the counter most of the time while I was there, always with a smile on his face. Cafer was a great host as well and I wish I could remember the names of the young women at the counter (yikes) they were just as helpful. And Samet, he was always standing by, he helped with my luggage and when I accidentally broke my safe, to where I couldn’t open it, he was there to help. I’ll definitely stay at the White House whenever I come back to Istanbul. By the way, my co-workers enjoyed the Turkish Candy they gave me as a parting gift!” Kristine, Apo |
