The staff were very friendly and willing to help, in addition the location is great if you do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of the main city. Great location, great facilities, also close to the airport but far enough not hear any of the plains taking off or landing

WiFi is not ready %100. Most of the rooms are not able to connect. Room windows are not closing properly, you can hear the noise and feel the hot weather coming from outside.

The hotel had welcoming staff who were very helpful and friendly. The had upgraded our room after we were unable to make it the previous day. The room had high quality furnishings and equipment and was very clean. Room service was great and the breakfast was excellent-typcially Turkish or if you preferred continental style. Having tried numerous hotels in Istanbul, the location was perfect for Sabiha Gocken and also for a base to visit the city. We will definitely consider this hotel first for the future and next time we intend to bring the children and make more use of the amazing leisure facilities. The hotel has a winning combination of a luxury feel at reasonable prices with excellent staff who really seemed to care - even when I tried out my Turkcem Berbat!. Bizce cok guzeldi, cok tesekkur!

There honestly was nothing we didnt like about the hotel. Maybe it was a little tricky to find from the e-80 road, a road sign is needed. The receptionist told us it has been requested.

Very luxurious hotel with nice and spacious rooms. The generous breakfast could be taken alongside a huge window which could see a beautiful view from small mountains.The indoors swimming pool was amazing and the spa with its facilities really relaxing. It's close to Mall and it's easy to go for shopping.Perfect on - line communication and response. Definitely would recommend it as place to stay.

The difficulty in the entrance from the highway which if you were careless it easily could be missed. The place it's sited, is not well developed as concern the neighborhood,to fit in a 5 star hotel.Few people from the staff didn't know English which made it sometimes difficult to communicate.

The rooms where very spacey and comfortable.

Location of the hotel is not so good. Taxi drivers usually cannot find the hotel and the surroundings are not adequate for jogging or simple walks.

location difficult do find without help (accessible only form minor streets), restaurant level (not 5*, but just 3*-4*), room furniture week (good now it is just new, but I am expecting rapid deterioration).

The staff were extremely courteous. The rooms/suites are very clean.

You need to take a taxi to the shops!

The hotel is new, the furniture is of good quality, the rooms are nice and with all the comforts, the wifi is working very well. The hotel is near the Viaport shopping mall.

The breakfast: I had breakfast at 8.40am and few choices were available. No juices at all, for example. Also, a lot of waiters moving around the tables, but no one asking if something is needed.

From the second I walked into the lobby to check-in... I knew I had to redefine my definition for a 5 star hotel. The staff were so warm- hearted and friendly. You don't get that much in Istanbul. It is so new, so clean, so simple. The rooms - wow! I've stayed in many 5 stars but this is exceptional. And the fitness centre. It was like I was in wonderland. Indoor pool, massage parlours, you name it. I better stop as there is so much I love about this hotel, so you should check it out for yourself! I felt like kissing the receptionist on her cheek and giving the butler a big hug when I left hehe! Well done guys! :)

There just simply wasn't anything that I didn't like about this Hotel. Definitely recommended! :)

De kamer en het ontbijtbuffet.

Wifi, badkamer iets te klein, ontbijt mag meer variatie aanbieden, het gesproken engels van het personeel kan veel beter, te ver van Istanboel- stad, niks in de buurt behalve de shoppingmall viaport, vriendelijkhied van het personeel kan veel beter, vieze en vuile buitenkant van de vensters van de kamer, het hotel is zeker geen 5 sterren waard.

조용하고 쾌적합니다. 걸어서 바로 옆에 대형쇼핑센터가 있습니다.

아침식사 종류를 너무 많이 차리지 말고 몇가지라도 인기있는 음식을 주세요. 식사중인데 접시가 비었다고 직원이 빈접시를 아무말없이 가져가는것은 개선해 주세요. 공항까지 셔틀버스운행하면 참 좋겠습니다. 개선불가능이겠지만 장소가 시내에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있어요.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst aan de receptie, waar ik een upgrade kreeg. Wel met het verzoek om een recensie op booking.com te plaatsen. Kamer was zeer goed, ook internet verbinding (gratis) werkte goed. Ligging op loopafstand van een winkelcentrum. Eten van de "kleine" kaart was goed.

Personeel loopt elkaar in de weg en kijken niet of de gast nog iets wenst, terwijl het totaal niet druk was. Bij het ontbijt geen jus d'orange...??? Op verzoek werd het me gebracht. Als het (restaurant) personeel beter opgeleid gaat worden is het een 4 sterren hotel (geen 5).
