Mom Hotel  

It was a very good experience and useful for me as İ stop over between the bus stops and the airport several times a year. ,the hotel was absolutely fine- better than İ needed actually since İ was only staying one night. My single room was actually a double- İt could have been much smaller and still be satisfactory. The breakfast was fine. The staff were efficient and pleasant and İ will certainly stay there again. İf İ had to be critical it would be that the furnishings were bland. İt would have been nice to have a bit more Turkish design in the textiles- For a country that makes superb fabrics and carpets, they could have been anywhere in the world. And the pictures in the rooms werent exactly inspired art!

See above. İ didn't dislike anything. İ was very pleasantly surprised by the standard.

The manager met us as we registered. He was helpful and gracious. He offered several useful suggestion about getting the most out of our stay in Izmir. We were in a convient location to the Otogar. Since all of our travel was by bus it was a great base from which to work out of.

The staff and size of the room!

There was no wine in the mini-bar, none in the hotel so had to go out, also no food available but they kindly let us bring wine and food into the hotel so guess that was a bonus but we were shattered after a long drive and very long business meetings and were simply looking forward to getting to the hotel, having a drink and a snack! Also the mattress was too hard and the pillow wasn't comfortable either - the room was too warm but turning down the air conditioning/heating unit didn't make any difference!

Het is een nieuw en mooi Hotel

Bed was veel te hard Hard Kussen Airco werkte niet, na een klacht hierover werd dit niet opgelost maar afgedaan met de woorden dat de airco in de winter niet werkt Het was 25 graden op de kamer en dit voelde aan als een sauna Ontbijt erg karig Boeking was niet bekend bij hun, gelukkig hadden ze nog kamers vrij
