Competent almost to a fault. Excellent internet service and included in the hotel room rate. The only fault I could find was that the bathroom scale displayed "Lo" which I am sure did not refer my weight. Probably the battery was shot. |

We had a suite, which I could not fault at all..very comfortable clean and as id expect from movenpick hotels......I Have been in a few. BUT..............see below The staff are really friendly, accommodating, polite ,but regrettably seem a little untrained, and lacking in common sense. It wouldnt prevent me from staying in your hotel again, I find it kind of charming in a way, but im sure others might find it irritating....the areas of service im referring to are room service and breakfast service...........I Will not add any specific complaints, because no one was rude, quite the contrary. But it feels as if your kind friendly staff might be out of touch with international standards , where service is concerned. |

Very good hotel in a very good location. Rooms are not standart (size, view, etc.) We were a small group and had different rooms for the same reservation. This should be mentioned on the reservation form. In this location, we would like to see the sea, not the other appartments on the back side of the hotel... |

Staff attitude, Cleanliness and the location The room was warm, I am sure they are cutting energy cost by limiting the usage of air conditioning. I complaint twice. |

I enjoyed my stay and will go back all the staff (without exception) were excellent. The internet connection was excellent A small thing but I missed BBC Prime on the television which I get at one of the other hotels I stay in. |

Ho soggiornato al 4° piano con vista sulla piazza di Izmir. l'albergo è poco isolato e quindi è rumoroso al massimo. Avevo prenotato una camera executive e non ho dormito un minuto. Rumori, urla, auto. Ritengo la qualità dell'hotel non all'altezza del nome. Devo però ammettere un certo tipo di interessamento dello staff per farmi ritornare. |

Splendida posizione. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Velocissimo check in - check out. Nonostante avessi prenotato una stanza non fumatori, me ne hanno data una per fumatori che puzzava terribilmente di fumo. Ho dovuto dormire due notti con le finestre aperte. Il ristorante non serve nessun piatto tradizionale turco. |

accueil excellent. nous étions en couple avec bébé de presque 16 mois. séjour business pour maman. détente pour papa+bébé. parfait. on a adoré le petit-déj! le café express commandé à part, un vrai soulagement d'en trouver et même pas payé en plus. merci!!!! suggestion : mettre à disposition des brosses à dents et dentifrice ...(la concurrence en a). Les placards (menuisierie) ne sont pas terribles pour un 5étoile mais acceptable pour du court séjour. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter war äusserst angenehm. Die Lavabos sind sehr unpraktisch (Wasserhahn nicht genug weit im Becken). |
