The A/C system was not keeping the room cool, it had to be on maximum 24 hours just to cope, and never dropped below 23.5c. In the summer heat the room will not be comfortable.

Hospitality and welcoming was noticable. The room I booked by the net was exactly the same of what I got. I recieved a birthday gift from the hotel which I enjoyed a lot. The location of the hotel was great

The steff is really nice, room is very clean and confortable I called the hotel ask about payment issue, they told me it will charge after I arrive but when I arrived, he hotel staff told me it had charge by my credit card already…

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, it was another enjoyable visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is handy to a nice area of Izmir. I like that internet is included in the room price. I will continue to use this hotel as I prefer it over the 'Tall competor" Hotel up the street.

All of it, specially the stuff were very helpful, nice and speak English with excellent fast service. Nice gym and pool too with good location. Non only if they consider price and make offers or include the break fast in the reservations

We spent the last day of our Turkish tour in this hotel because we want to have an absolutely relax. In fact it satisfied our requirement. Nice location close to sea and comfortable rooms, also urbanity staff.

This was my 6th business trip to Izmir, but my first stay at the Movenpick. The hotel staff were great, very professional and welcoming, the property is well maintained. I will stay here again, and will recommend it to others. I would rate it better than the local Hilton. The staff at the resturant for breakfast could have been a little more attentive, it was had to get coffee or tea.
