Quiet b&b around a garden of fruit trees (lemons, figs, apricots, pomegranates...). A couple of chickens roaming the lawn provide fresh eggs for breakfast, tomatoes from garden,...Small swimming pool. Rooms basic but clean, with large beds and good air-con. Shower a little old, but functional. Short walk (must cross highway) to the beach. Owner speaks English - extremely helpful. Limited restaurant options within walking distance. Center of Kusadasi is 10 min by dolmus bus, which pass every 5 minutes. Great place for families with children, or for travelers who want to get away from the loud bars and trinket sellers of central Kusadasi.

Very friendly staff, they did all their best for our stay. Mr. Mursel and his wife are really what they call nice persons. They are also very good cookers with Turkish food (very tasty). Big green garden for a complete relaxing time. Very peaceful location without noise all day&night long. No problems for car parking near the pension, they also offer shuttle service if needed.
