Mustafa Hotel

The staff were super friendly and Mustafa is very entertaining, the rooms are warm and the location in a hop, skip and jump to Pamukkale. Great meals too for a good price!!

The food is well and Mustafa is a character.

Just about 5 minutes on foot from the Pammukale Travertines. Very conveniently located.

I requested for a double room, with a specific note to not have twin beds. Still, I got twin beds. The bathroom is tiny.

La struttura è a 2 passi dal sito di Hierapolis. Può bastare? That's the right place for a comfortable and really economic stay in pamukkale, everything is well organized, rooms are huge and clean, food is good and mustafa & family are VERY nice hosts. If you're going to pamukkale can't miss this place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Mustafa's pension. Rooms are clean, the location is excellent and the food is yummieeee! Very cheap prices for the service offered. Mustafa is an extremely friendly, fun, kind man, who cheered us up with his jokes and his positive attitude towards life. His sons provided a professional service. Highly recommended:)

Weird place. Rooms a little old and faded but do have a/c. Good location, very cheap. Free curbside parking at night, but you can't leave it there during the day.

Owner a little too vivacious - tries to bond by repeating a phrase from your culture. Bad, painfully slow wifi. Balcony had view of abandoned rusty swimming pool.

What can I say? The staff is really nice and the food is good. The position is perfect, just 100 m from pukkale's gate! The room is big enough and clean (maybe the bathroom needs a revision)

Mustafa is very nice and funny guy. whoever you are, you will like him. and you will like food they serve

La comida era casera y muy rica. La ubicación excelente... a 200 metros de la entrada a pamukkale.

El baño.... no estaba limpio y el piso de la ducha estaba al rasdel suelo con lo cual se mojaba todo.

Номер достаточно просторный. Есть отопление – настоящая батарея, а не кондиционер, благодаря чему в номере (мы были в Mustafa Hotel в марте, когда вечерами в Памуккале совсем не жарко) реально тепло. Хорошее кафе – вкусно кормят, красивый интерьер, с террасы кафе почти (если бы вид не загораживала вывеска отеля и меню ресторана) вид на травертины Памуккале. Удачное расположение отеля – в паре минут в одну сторону пруд и травертины, в другую – центр поселка и остановка маршруток. Интернет был доступен постоянно, причем не «в общественных зонах», как написано в описании отеля, а и в номере тоже. Заселение и оплата проживания заняли просто секунды – нигде еще нас не обслуживали так стремительно! С учетом цены (22 евро за номер) отель вполне годится, чтобы переночевать в нем пару ночей.

Санузел уже не просит, а просто настоятельно требует ремонта! Ну, действительно, страшно зайти… В номерах нет балкончиков, да и вида из окна тоже нет – окна выходят между домами или на задворки. Постельное белье на дополнительной кровати (нам нужна была одна, но в номере было две кровати) было не особо чистое. Терраса ресторана на крыше отеля, про которую написано в описании, видимо не работала. В описании отеля написано, что к оплате принимают «Visa, Euro/Mastercard». Тем не менее, оплату картой (как и везде в Памуккале кроме билетов на вход в сам парк) в отеле не принимали, не принимали почему-то и доллары – оплата только наличными турецкими лирами или евро. Для меня это было достаточно неудобно, т.к. основываясь на описании отеля, я собиралась платить Визой, в запасе имела доллары, и эту проблему пришлось решать на ходу.

老板有些比较慢热吧，感觉比较冷。 The boss is slow heated, feeling is not so ease.

Je cherche mais je ne trouve rien de positif à dire. L'hôtel est bien situé mais tout comme les autres hôtels du village. I try but I can't find anything positive to say. The hotel is well located but like the other hotels in the village. Deniyorum ama söyleyecek olumlu bir şey bulamıyorum. Otelin bulunduğu yer çok iyi ama şehirdeki diğer oteller de var.

Je n'appelle pas ça un hôtel mais un boui-boui ! Salle de bain : - sale (on a trouvé des mégots de cigarette !) - le miroir a du être cassé et pas remplacé - les fils électriques de la climatisation passent au dessus de la douche - douche bouchée - les wc coulent en permanence, ce qui entraine un bruit permanent Petit déjeuner : une assiette contenant très exactement un oeuf, trois rondelles de concombre, une demi tomate, une tranche de fromage et un morceau de pastèque gros comme la moitié d'une main. Pain et thé... et c'est tout ! Personnel pas sympathique du tout, contrairement à ce qui est dit sur ce site. A croire que les commentaires précédents ont été fait par l'hôtelier lui même ! A déconseiller fortement ! Bathrooms: - Dirty (we found cigarette butts!) - The mirror had to be broken and not replaced - The air conditioning electrical son pass over the shower - Clogged shower - The toilets flow continuously, which leads to a constant noise Breakfast: a plate containing exactly one egg, three slices of cucumber, a half tomato, a slice of cheese and a piece of watermelon as big as a half-hand. Tea and bread and that's all! Staff not friendly at all, contrary to what is said on this site. I believe that the previous comments were made by the hotel itself! I strongly not recommend this place! Ben buna bir otel den çok bir ahır diye bilirim! Banyolar : - Kirli (sigara izmaritleri bulunduk !) - Ayna yeri belli ama malesef ayna yoktu (traş olmak için kolay gelsin beyler) - Klima burusu duvardan aşağı sarkıyordu ve açıkta elektrik telleri vardı çok korkunç ve tehlikeli - Duş tıkalı malesef - Tuvalet ten sürekli su sızıyordu çok sinir bozucu bir ses çıkarıyor. Kahvaltı : Tam bir yumurta, salatalık üç dilim, yarım domates, bir dilim peynir ve bir el gibi büyük karpuz, çay ve ekmek... hepsi bu ! Bu sitede söylenenlerin aksine, tüm personel sempatik değil. Önceki açıklamaları otel'in kendisi tarafından yapılmış olduğunu inanıyoruz ve bunun için !

Se visitate Pamukkale per un giorno e dovete dormire solo una notte va bene. Ricordatevi vale quello che pagate. Se cercate il lusso non fa per voi, è perfetto per viaggiatori che si sanno adattare e vogliono spendere poco. Si trova a 1 min dall'ingresso alle vasche di travertino quindi la posizione è ottima.

La stanza non era molto pulita. Lo sciaquone del bagno non funzionava bene.

Parcarea nu prea exista, gazda incearca sa fie primitoare, insa devine agasanta repetand aceleasi lucruri, camerele necesita finisare (am avut furnici in camera), nu am avut apa calda la dus, la balconul camerei este privelistea unei piscine goale si neingrijite.

Posizione buona, cordialita' e simpatia di Mustafa'! ;-)

Bir ailenin işlettiği küçük bir otel.Pamukkalede 1 gece konaklamak için ideal bir yer.Konuksever ve güleryüzlü insanlar oteli işlettiği için memnun kaldık.

Akşam yemeği pahalıydı.

L'ottima posizione, a due passi dai "castelli di cotone"; la cortesia e simpatia dei proprietari; l'atmosfera familiare; la camera spaziosa; la presenza di un ristorante dove poter mangiare tutto sommato bene e con una bella vista (terrazza)

Magari arricchire un po' la colazione tipicamente turca, data la presenza di clientela solo straniera.

The restaurant was great! The owner funny person! And they make you feel like at home

The bathroom definitely needs upkeep! Loosing all the plaster from the cilling in your ead when your taking shower and drain is clogged

Personnel sympa et qui conseille bien et bon petit- déjeuner. Pas cher et vraiment tout près du site.

레스토랑 식사가 한국인에 입맛에 맞게 매콤(통후추 듬뿍 넣어서 요리)해서 좋았음. 사장님과 직원들의 친절함. 석회붕 입구에서 가장!!! 가까운 숙소임.

온수가 나오긴 했으나 수압이 너무 약해서 세수하기 조차 힘들었음.
