The bathroom was way small and a little leaky; it's five long flights of stairs to this attic apartment.

Great appartment , very confortable (free wifi, dvd reader, kitchen...) and clean, the view from the terrace is amazing. Great location also: close to Taksim and to Tophane from where you can take the tram to the old city (sultanahmet). Cihan, the manager, is always available to help you. He gives you a transport card and a mobile. We really liked our stay in mysuite Istanbul

Location, easy to find from subway, tram. Balconies view to Bosphorus and Gelata Tower. Spacey apartment, silent area. Mobile phone for a while of staying.

Too small elavator, need to go up one- by-one in case of couple with baggage

Great interior. Excellent service. MySuite manager helped us with everything and was very supportive and pleasant. He helped me to find my iPhone 5 which I lost at the cinema. Gave us local cell and transport card.

We thought apartments have terrace. Little noise from neighbours, but it would be fixed in the future. Taxi was late, but we were given discount on second transfer. My advice is to use public transport (Metro, Trains, Trams, Buses) to get to and from airport because of terrible traffic jam in Turkey.

+ Location: very close to Taksim + Design was really nice + We've stayed in a room with garden. Although we did not have a chance to use the garden, room was very very good. It was not different than a fully decorated house. We had everything we needed, from laundry to cooking stuff. It made us feel like it was our own house

There is an unpleasant smell that comes from the drainage system and i informed them about and they promised to fix it quickly.

loved Cahjin the director who was on call and responsive at all times . this place was within walking distance to taksim square, had great views onto the harbour and was very well appointed with all necessary apartment needs. trendy charming . please do ask for a 2nd key on the first day should you need so. really good heating options. overall would definately stay again at this apartment . bottle of wine and fruit awaited us. only two channels in part time english so bring dvd etc incase you get snowed in or need some time out.

Neat apartment in a great location. Apartment was as described, and much nicer than an equivalently priced hotel room for a longer stay - we were able to have our own breakfast, drinks, and snacks in stock. A mobile was also provided to allow us to reach Cihan, the wonderful MySuite representative, 24 hours a day.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of the City and just 10 minutes walk from Istiklal street. The neighborhood is full of nice bars to have beer or a tea out of the crowd. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. Furthermore they welcomed us with a nice gift and provided us with a mobile to be able to get in touch with the staff anytime for free. The staff was very helpful and available for any question.

Bellissimo appartamento con tutti i comfort possibili e immaginabili (lavatrice e phon inclusi!!). Arredamento nuovo e molto curato proprio come a casa tua...con i loro meravigliosi colori: tappeti, lampade, mattonelle, pavimenti, tutto finemente curato!

عبارة عن شقق فندقيه وهي بحق ممتازة جداً والصور الموجودة في booking مماثلة للحقيقة انصح بالسكن فيه خصوصاً لقربة من محطة طوب خانه للمترو بالاضافة الى انه يبعد عن ميدان تقسيم عشر دقائق مشياً المسئول عن الشقق الفندقية هو الاخ الشاب جيهان وهو على قدر كبير من الاخلاق ويقدم للساكنين اي خدمة يرغبونها بخصوص الاماكن السياحية بالاضافة الى انه قدم لنا شريحة تركية مع جهاز جوال كما قدم لنا كارت اكبيل الخاص بالمترو وطلب منا الاتصال به عند اي طارئ او اي طلب

وجوده على تلة مرتفعه متعبة لكبار السن في المشي عند العودة من محطة توب خانه ولكنه للشباب وحتى الاطفال مناسب المصعد ضيق نوعاً ما ولا يتسع الا لشخصين فقط

هو شقق فندقية ولكن راقية و نظيفة يوجد فيها كل ماتحتاج (غسالة و ميكرويف و سخان و اواني ) بحيث تستطيع ان تطبخ داخل الشقه واعجبني مدير المكتب السيد جيهان حيث كان شخص لطيف ويحب ان يخدمك كما اعطاني جهاز جوال برقم تركي كي استخدمه طول فترة اقامتي الموقع يعتبر قريب من تقسيم و شارع الاستقلال وهي في منطقه هادئه متوفر بجانبها جميع الخدمات وخصوصا ان امامها مباشرة جامع حيث تسمع الاذان واضح

المكتب لديه 5 شقق بمباني منفصلة .. الشقة التي أقمت فيها مقابلة لمكتب الشركة المبنى يفتح برقم سري لزيادة الأمان , مناسبة جدا لعائلة صغيرة زوجان وطفلان او 3 أفراد كبار كحد أقصى , كل الأغراض الأساسية للمطبخ ودورة المياه متوفرة الصور مطابقة فعلا للواقع , موقع المبنى ممتاز وقربه من استقلال و ميدان تقسيم . جيهان الموظف المسؤول كان أداءه فوق المتوقع .. متعاون, مهذب, يعمل المستحيل لإرضاء النزلاء. I liked everything in my flat, all you need was so close (markets, atm, Restaurant, pharmacy, Istklal street and Taqsim seq was really a10 min walk) Cihan, was so helpful ready to answer any question or direction you need, so polite and kind. I bothered him alot by calling each time to explain the direction to the taxi driver.

الشقة التي نزلت فيها كانت في دور أرضي نوافذها قريبة جدا من محاذاة الشارع , ازعاج من السيارات وبعض الكلاب في الليل. في الغالب التاكسي يرفض توصيلك للمكان أو لا يعرف العنوان لإيصالك ... مع العلم ان مكانها واضح المقصود انه بعد ان تكون في المنطقة يسهل الوصول الى الشارع القريب من المبنى. The flat I got was in the ground floor, so the windows was in the same level of the street>> there was some noise from cars, bikes and dogs. the address is some how complicated to most of taxi driver but once you are in the area its so easy to get to your building

La atencion persoan, al llegar, te entregan un movil, y una tarjeta de transporte publico, el subir las maletas, muy amable de su parte, asi como una botella de vino y un plato de fruta, relacion calidad- precio muy caro.

Hay que subir 84 escalones, en una escalera empinada, para llegar al departamento, sus techos tienen una altura de 1.70mt maximo, es un lugar muy encerrado, la tv no funcionaba,

Vi bodde i lägenheten: Piyas Dream. Bra läge i trevligt område. Jättefin lägenhet med underbar utsikt från de två (små) terasserna. Lägenheten var mycket ren och fint inredd.

Vi var utan vatten i lägenheten en eftermiddag och kväll (=kunde ej duscha, spola toan, diska mm).

Bayoglu-Cihangir ist ein spannendes Viertel in Istanbul. MySuite liegt genial und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Design und Einrichtung haben uns sehr gefallen.

Nicht für unsportliche Menschen. Im Gebäude gibt es keinen Lift!

Well-appointed apartment in an excellent location with nearby shops cafes and restaurants. Short walk to Taksim Square or to the tram to the historic centre. Apartment was clean and well equipped with some nice Turkish fittings. A 24 hour "concierge" service is provided by Cihan on the mobile phone provided by the hotel. Pia's garden apartment was quiet.

No complaints

The apartment was lovely (like in the pictures), in an area with lots of nice restaurants and cafes (not touristy). Was a bit of a hike up the hill, but that was great for burning off all the yummy food we were eating. Cihan, the MySuite representative, looked after us really well; he gave us a mobile to contact him, as well as a re-loadable card for public transport. The hamam was fantastic for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The large shower head didn't stay on when the water temperature was hot (the pressure seemed to decrease), so had to use the small hand-held shower head to get a nice hot shower.

Everything was great. We were two adults and two children (ages 1 and 7). Manager Cihan was a fantastic host. He gave us a cell phone and train pass to use, and was available at all times. Wine and fruit greeted us on the first day. Great location with antique and art shops, yet quiet enough inside for our baby to sleep.
