This is a health resort. So if you want meat and alcohol stay away. But for us it was a pleasantly surprising detox - although we passed on the 6am hike to the mountains!

Pas de climatisation On est reçu d'emblée comme des curistes (de centre thermal) et non comme des voyageurs "normaux". La demi-pension consiste, le soir, en dix plats de légumes et rien d'autre, Eau à table obligatoire. Thé ou tisane en sus. Bof
