The staff were incredible. I've never felt so valued as a customer anywhere in my life. The room was bright, modern and cheerful. There was nothing I disliked.

Most staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Facility was good. If the lady at front desk had known even a little bit of smile and polite artitude, and if the hotel had had some checking system, our stay would have been more comfortable. The price given was changed wildly, by applying different exchange rates, in 5 minutes when we checked out. It ended up with the maximum, of course.

Odaların dizaynı ve personelin hizmet kalitesi oldukça iyiydi. Fiyat da verilen hizmetle eşit düzeydeydi. Odaların temizliği konusu biraz sıkıntılıydı ve belki kahvaltıda biraz daha çok seçenek olabilirdi.
