Staff were really nice and friendly, Breakfast reasonably good, Excellent location in Taksim Area,,, next to the Metro Station

Some rooms are just very small, a bit noisy if the next door room is loud. Staff needed to speak better English in order to communicate well with guests.

Very nice service, kind and helpful staff, good breakfast (fresh bakery and fruits), good size and clean rooms (suite and corner superior room), comfy beds, great location, free valet parking, good value.

Nothing to complain about except that the room was very small and there was hardly any place to move around.

The location is very near to istiklal street and taksim square.

The room is narrow, and bathroom is too small, you need to shrink your self.

The hotel design is nice, location is the best due to the vicinity to taksim.

To start with , chceked in at 3 pm, and the room was a disaster, not clean with hair in the bathroom, for 3 consecutive days the cleaning was a disaster, all what they did is changing the bed sheets, communication in the hotel is zero, you call and you dont receive any answer for any of requirements. Most of the staff in restaurant doesnt speak english, my wife asked for an orange juice, and the lady answer was :"sorry no english" like all the rest except one guy The front office manager was kind enough to offer free airport drop when hw showed up on the last day when I did from my complaint a big issue, for the whole period him and the gro didnt even bother asking though I did a big complaint to the duty manager. Not recommended to saty in this hotel at all unless you are obliged to.

Tiny room and bathroom, noisey and same breakfast every day.

I stay in this hotel 2 times. First time everything was perfect, second time it looks that also its ok, but passed 12 days from my visiting this hotel and they did not unblocked money from my credit card, I write to them several times, but they did not answer, I call to them, they said that they did not now nothing about it. I am so angry about this! I did not want to write bad words about this hotel because I realy like my staying there, but I dont like if somebody make from me foolish person!(((((

Great hotel that suite its reputation! The rooms were spacious enough, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is the best... With a great offer of domestic specialties as well as international dishes. .

The tea boy "sometimes" knocks and inter before I say come please lol but he is really kind man

Everything is perfect

Good location - close to Taksim Square with bar and shopping districts, very well communicated. The hotel rooms were pleasant and staff was helpful and not overwhelming.

Quite poor sound isolation - both between the corridor and the room as between the rooms.
