It was small but smart.The room price was reasonable.

It was clean and nicely designed, a very good breakfast and staff were helpful.

Internet access in the higher rooms was poor which is important for business travelers. Also as the hotel is quite a long way from central Ankara some information on how to get into the city by public transport would be really helpful.

Well, it all starts with 1.5 hour late check-in, continues with broken jacuzzi, terrible ventilation system (i rent the penthouse, the chimeny's location was just over my roof window.Trust me it sux if you had to spend the day windows closed when its 97 °F outside), a poor breakfast, and ends with, 7 Turkish Lira for a one shot latte!

Rooms were extremly cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and the hotel very modern. It was close to were I had to go but, in general, it is far out from the Old Town and the city centre.

The evening and afternoon reception staff did not speak English. This is odd for a rather pricy hotel in a business city like Ankara. I booked for a single room, but in the end I was given a double, which is all very fine, except for the fact that I paid more than what said when booking. In the room there was no information sheet about the Hotel facilities or about phoning abroad and since the reception staff was not able to explain it in English, I ended up being unable to phone home.

Terrible internet, no air-conditioner in their premium room and I assume the whole hotel. The staff was extremely rude and spoke no English. We asked them for laundry service to clean our clothes, which they lied and said they do not wash underwear because of the women in the hotel and blah blah, and it turns out they sent all of our clothes to the dry cleaners which included tank tops (who on earth sends tank tops to a dry cleaner). They made us wait more than a day to get the clothes back, while misleading us that they were doing the laundry themselves. It turns out our dry cleaning for less than 20 items was more than $125. Their food is terrible, it tastes worse than McDonald's, there is no 24 hour room service, the room is so hot that you literally want to die. And for more than a hundred dollars a night for a room, for their terrible location and service, you should never never never book here. You will get disappointed, unless your Turkish, because Turkish are used to getting terrible service. Being a foreigner, I like to get what I pay for, not get dirt and laughs and terrible service from ignorant Turks. Avoid this hotel by all means.

If you don't need to be so near to center of Ankara during your trips, this hotel is a must-be for you.

Stay just for one night in a business trip. Great hotel, the location was great for me since it was near the place I must go, I dont know about the city center. Very good breakfast, very good room, nice and frendly staff.

otelin resimlerinize baktığınızda spa ünitesi çok öne çıkıyor buna göre rezervasyonumu yaptım ama otele gittiğimde spa ünitesinin tadilatta olduğunu söylediler bu sitenizde belirtilseydi ben rezervasyon yapmazdım

Banyodaki camli Kapi acilip kapanmada gicirdiyordu.

Modern bir otel. Kahvaltı yeterliydi.

Sıcak su problemi yaşandı.

Ic lobi tasarimi guzeldi.

Banyoda sicak su yoktu, odada bir turlu isinamadik ayrica kahvslti menusu son derece zayifti.

Genel olarak hic birseyi

Booking.com araciligiyla ayirttigim odanin penceresinin arizali oldugunu soyleyerek baska bir oda verdiler. Eski odada vaad edilen bir sise sarap, meyve ikrami ve odaya gelecek olan kahvalti maalesef gelmedi. Ayirttigim oda konsept bir tasarima sahipti ve sevgililer gununde oteli secmemdeki tek amacti. Haliyle farkli bir oda olunca otelde kalmamizin hicbir amaci kalmadi. Birde otel hakkindaki daha onceki yorumlara aldiris etmeden otelin musterilere sadece para gozuyle bakmalari beni rahatsiz etti.

Tertemiz bir otel.Ayrıca personel oldukça cana yakın ve müşterilerle ilgili .

Odalar daha aydınlık olabilir.

dekorasyon çok rahatlatıcı,duş mükemmel, huzurlu ve sakin, çalışanlar çok kibar.kısacası evde gibi çok rahat ettim.

meyva ikramı unutuldu sadece ona üzüldüm :)

Odalar anormal sıcak ve çok geç temizleniyor

Standart oda için yapmış olduğum rezervasyon, odaya ekstra yatak istemiş olmamdan ötürü, resepsiyon görevlisi tarafından teklif edilerek suit odaya upgrade edildi. çOk memnun oldum.

Akşam vardiyasında çalışan resepsiyonist arkadaş kendisine otelin başka bir fasilitesi ile ilgili sorulan sorulara yanıt vermeden sizi otelin o bölümlerine yönlendiriyordu. Mesela adaçayı var mı diye soruyorsunuz lokantaya sorun diyor veya spa hakkında soru soruyorsunuz sizi direkt spa katına göndermeye çalışıyor. Butik otellerde hizmet kişilere özel olmalıdır. Bu kadar az odalı bir otelde konuşmaya üşenmeyen, anlatmaya şevkli ve otelin fasilitelerinden haberdar personeller olmalı.

Gerçekten Güzel ve Nezih bir Otel.
