Far from Airport Not such a good bar & Restaurant
The quality of breakfast has decreased.
Luxury at an affordable price
The location.....it cost 30 turkish lira by taxi from Bus Station and our Sole purpose for being in Ankara was to visit Anitibir -Ataturk which was a long distance away....
The location was near our point of interest and the staff was ok.
We reserved the penthouse but at the arrival we were very disapointed; the penthouse was actually an attic, very hot due to the glass roof windows. Plus, the elevator was not going up there which made things difficult for us considering the baby stroller. So, we changed to a standard double room which was better. 2 things though we didn't like: the cleaning is very superficial and the pillows were smelling of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non smoking room.
Inspite of having free buffet breakfast as part of our plan they charged us for omlettes and fresh orange juice seperately. They do not inform you that these items are chargeable . We have travelled a lot no where we have been charged for omlettes of your choice or fresh juices. The wifi was not working every time we complained they would say we are resetting the router. It would work for few minutes and then disconnect.
The dogs that was barking ALL night long, doorknob didn't work, the shower was dirty. The bed broke. The AC was at 100 decibels.
The whole hotel was smelly and dirty. Don't go there!!!!!
Location is not clear. Breakfast optional extra money and they dont tell us before eating. Other spa or activity has extra money.
It is a bit out of the town. However it was a quiet quarter, and parking was very easy. The hotel is clean and quite new, staff and beakfast were very good.
You might go there with your own car, if you do not have something to do in neighbourhoods.
Always very friendly and helpful staff
that a little town map was not offered and it had been good to see and to know where a bus stop is and how a tourist could easly get into centre.
The staff is really flexible and always responded to our requests. The staff is polite and very nice. The hotel is quite new and comfortable. The beds are ok. The quarter is calm
It is a bit far from the commodities, and a bit isolated. A Mall is not so far from the hotel, but needs to walk around 10 minutes. The closest otobus station is at 5 / 10 minutes and enables to reach the city center in 15 / 20 minutes (otobus 413). Of course the taxi is an option but is more expensive. It is a possible to smoke in the room so don't forget to specify it if you want a non smoking room.
poor air conditioning -> uncomfortable sleep
Good breakfast. Pleasant entrance
* The double beds are actually two single beds stacked together with a very present 'rail' in the middle. * They cancel all room cards every day so in practice one has to report to the reception every evening upon return - it's annoying. * The room doors need a fix as they 'squeek' every time they're opened.
Free spa: Turkish bath, steam bath, whirlpool (although only 24 degrees warm "and cannot be turned warmer") were all free ### free tea/coffee ### modern rooms ### breakfast was good by Turkish standards
Lack of cleanliness: although they had a sign saying the toilet had been disinfected, there were several clearly visible urine stains and hair from the previous guest (they came to clean it after calling the reception, but this bad first impression stayed) ### UNCOMFORTABLE BED: the double bed consisted of two mattresses put together the gap in between them was filled by a very hard and uncomfortable middlepiece ### BAD WIFI: WiFi was often not working (we tried on four different devices) and when it did work, it was really slow
Initially the hotel is very clean from lobby, breakfast hall, dedicated wc's up to hotel rooms. Staff is polite and proactive & helpful. I love the breakfast facility. Travelers can stay without any hesitation.
My corner suite rooms air con cooling wast working properly in fact it was one of top Japanese brands. didn't contact to the staff for this issue.
Hotel staff and quality is good enough..
The location is good for public transport and there are plenty of taxis very close to the hotel. The breakfast was of a good quality and plentiful. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
It is not the fault of the hotel but it was difficult to sleep due to the loud 'hum' which was constant day and night.
very good for a lost place in Ankara. You will be lost but otherwise you will reach the headways in 2 minutes.
One of the best internal architectures. Somehow Nordic yet still Turkish. No NonSense luxary but very good comfort. Very good utility / price ratio.
Only problem was the hangers in the room. A short guy or a lady would have hard times :)
it was a nice concept hotel.
it was expensive. i stayed a nigth with a friend. the second nigth i was single but they charged for 2 person 2 nigth. mini bar also was expensive. price 5 times more than any store...
Little far from shopping.
hotel is showing some wear and tear now...
The room was very spacious and affordable with a modern design.
We reserved a penthouse with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was broken and when we called about it they just told us it doesn't work and they won't fix it. We tried to use it as a normal bathtub but when water started filling up metallic pieces came off and floated then black stuff came out of the holes, it was disgusting. Hair drier wasn't working. And even though our reservation included breakfast the staff tried to get us to pay for the hour-late breakfast. We do not recommend this hotel, we agreed that if it was managed better and rooms maintained it could've been one of the good ones.
Good breakfast, Different style, Great value for money I paid
Difficult to find if you don't know the region. Since I was familiar with the region It was not a problem for me.
The hotel offers great value for money, at least when I booked near the end of October 2013, it offered a good deal indeed. Room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. It is at walking distance to a decently sized shopping mall (365) where not too intimidating food and other outlets are available. Closeby, there's a little supermarket where to buy food and some essentials. A taxi stand is located very close, so asking the concierge for a taxi can get your wheels very quickly, or you can walk there in 5 minutes.
Concierge services should be improved. I asked for a map of Ankara and they did not have any, neither free nor to buy. From the description of hotel facilities I had understood that they have a gym, but when I asked for it, they told me there is not one. The hotel was convenient for my business trip, but it seems far away from the main city centre/downtown area.
Very modern, new and clean hotel, with excellent service. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The hotel has also Spa and Turkish hamam.
