they throw you in a substandard room knowing there are others available then expect you to pay for an upgrade , yet people who paid the same as ourselves were in these rooms also the food was of a very poor standard and repetative

Rooms are not cleaned properly, old and dirty furnishing, dirty towels which are not changed on daily bases

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean. The food was very well presented and clearly freshly prepared and edible!

Great location and good value. This was out 1st all-inclusive experience and after reading reviews of other hotels of poor quality food and drinks, were pleasantly surprised. The soft drinks, were straight from the bottles beer cold and crisp from the tap and the food was delicious and in abundance.

the location and food are great. The price is reasonable. There is a shuttle to sun beach. The sun beach is very beautiful beach. I recommend everyone.

The hotel staff and tour guides could be better aware of tours/excursions that are available locally. As an example, they were not aware of the "dolmus" service from Oludeniz beach to the nearby Babadag, which is the flight site for the paragaliders and offers spectacular views from 1700 m height, rising almost straight from the sea. The sea at the nearby beach did not look very clean. As a result, we ended up swimming in the sea only once during our 7-day stay. We used the resort pools the rest of the time.

It was my 5th or 6th stay in the hotel. I am loving it, I think it is one of the best in Oludiniz. I can highly recommend it and will definitely come back again. The hotels location is perfect, staff is very friendly and helpful, atmoshpere is ver relaxed and they have a wonderful garden.

I wish there was wi-fi not only in the lobby, but also in the rooms.

nothing was too much trouble. We were there with another couple ,both of us were celebrating an anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make it a very special occasion for us.

Pick up from airport, better (and much cheaper 50€ instead of 85€ for one way / 4 persons to book from outside, not thru hotel)

Die freundlichkeit des Personals

Es gibt immer das selbe essen, keine Abwechlung. Nach Frage bei Hotelgästen anderer Hotels im Umkreis von 500m, das selbe Bild, keine Abwechlung beim Essen. Das legt den Verdacht nahe dass hier die nahegelegenen Restaurants auch etwas von den Urlaubern haben sollen. Weiters ist Ölüdeniz von Engländern übervölkert, da kommt man sich als Ösi schon etwas in der Unterzahl vor.

Die Lage war sehr zentral,D.H. Eigentlich nur einige Meter zum Strand.

Die Zimmer inkl.Einrichtung sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr Standard. Zu wenig Personal während er Stosszeiten im Einsatz, daher häufig Wartezeiten beim Essen und an der Poolbar.

Maten och kypare var mycket sämre än när vi var där tidigare i maj i år.

otelin konumu çok iyi , otel karşılaması iyi , odalar tatmin edici , 3 tane açık havuz oluşu iyi , animasyon çok iyi , yemekler tek kelimeyle mükemmel.

Il villaggio é in una ottima posizione, il mare é veramente splendido e caldissimo. Alla sera si esce a piedi e in 5 minuti si é nella via centrale piena di negozi e bar con musica e spettacoli. Proprio bello, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Il villaggio é direttamente sul mare, ma la spiaggia li é a pagamento, per andare nella spiaggia privata del villaggio bisogna, o prendere il bus navetta o la macchina, la spiaggia privata é a ca. 2,5 km di distanza dal villaggio. E li il mangiare e il bere é anche a pagamento. Nel villaggio si mangia bene, l' unica cosa che il mangiare é abbastanza ripetitivo.

Ölüdenizde hotelin yerinin olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Ücretsiz orada da zaman geçirebilirsiniz. Yemek ve içecekler ücretli yalnız. Hotelin konumu ayrıca çok bir yerde, halk plajına sıfır sayılabilir. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve ilgililer. Aile ile rahatlıkla konaklayabilirsiniz.

C'est hôtel est tout simplement superbe! Il est propre, confortable et très bien situé: à quelques pas de la plage , qui est splendide. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent aller à ölüdeniz et profiter d'une eau de mer chaude mais raffraîchissante.

Denize yakın oluşu, lagun içindeki plajı çok iyi.

Hersey dahil sistemi iyi olmasına karsın yemek lerin kalitesi için aynı şeyi soyleyemeyecegim. Ayrıca oradaki yatağımız çok rahatsizdi, hergüne bel ağrısı ile uyandık.
