Novotel Istanbul  

le personnel est très aimable et attentionné. l'hôtel possède sa propre navette qui est gratuite, une salle de sport suffisamment équipée. Un sauna et un hammam dans chaque vestiaire. Seul petit défaut, l un des chauffeurs de la navette a une conduite un peut trop typique et malgré le bon climat, la piscine est assez froide (22) a mon goût.

Hotel correcte tres propre et confortable. Je le recommande pour un sejoıur daffıres proche de laeroport

L'hotel est dans la ligne de qualite du groupe accor, eccellente position en face de la mere, en retrait du vacarme du centre ville. Le staff est tres souiant et a disposition des clients, toutes nos requetes ont ete satisfaites. Qualite et professionalisme sont les maitres mots de cet hotel

Le petit dejeuner n'etait pas inclus dans la reservation. Sur place on nous l'a facture tres tres chere. Trois fois le prix du petit dej applique dans le meme groupe ici en europe.

Hotel staff is realy professional and very friendly to help out in any way possible. We needed to send an parcel urgently abroad and I had to leave. It was taken care of perfectly and the trackingnumber was on my room when I came back. Also in the restaurant, also smiling and nice.

The noise from the street is very hearable when you are sitting outside in the yard having breakfast or a coffee.

Novotel is one of the best,i don't really have words to describe it,their staff team are brilliant as well.

Great staff, kind and helpful. Also they are smiley and friendly. Harika çalışanlar, kibar ve yardımsever. Güleryüzlü ve problem çözmeye yatkın.

We stayed in disabled accessible room. Bathroom floor does not have angled floor so after we get shower all bathroom floor was full of water. Also it was smell. When we told this to them they try to give us very nice room but we couldn't stay there because of wheelchair. After every shower one cleaning staff came and cleaned bathroom. I wish that nice hotel could solve that problem. Engelli odasında kaldığımız süre boyunca duştan sonra yer döşemesinde açı olmadığı için su yerde birikiyordu. Ayrıca döşeme su yüzünden çok kötü kokuyordu. Şikayetimizi onlara bildirince çözmeye çalışıp bize yeni bir oda vermek istediler ama tekerlekli sandalye yüzünden odamızı değiştiremedik. Böyle güzel bir otelin ve harika çalışanların bu problemi çözebilmiş olmalarını dilerdim.

I only choose this hotel because it was our last night in Istambul and it is only 8km from the airport. I don't like this kind of hotels because they aim to business and they are far from the city center altought they have a functional free shuttle. The hotel is especially for large families and/ or to business people. They were nice because allow us to leave one suitcase for four days since we left Istambul to head çesme and we just stayed one night on the return.

The guy on the reception told us the breakfast (which was not included) will cost 17. Since I was on Turkey during the last 9 days for me 17 were of course in turkish lira. At the end we paid 74 turkish lira because it was 17 euro for each person!
