I stay one night in very small room in first floor they didn't meet my reservation my request was room in higher floor with sea view ( balcony) . Other night in 15th of May 2013 the room is great.

One of best hotel i stayed in it. Good wifi,clean ,nice breakfast,i recommend to stay in sea view room, there big mall near it, near the airport

Very bad wi-fi coverage in the room the taxi cab charged me 35 tl for five minutes drive to the airport !!

Convenient location to Trabzon airport. Clean and safe.

A bit sterile, since it's basically just a modern glass-and-concrete facility. Not much near it other than a mall with few open shops and the airport.

We have been to this hotel three times now, we find the food good and the rooms very comfortable and clean. We will continue to use this hotel on any future trips to Trabzon.

There is nothing we disliked.

Breakfast was perfect. Tidy room and nice bathtub.

Novotel Trabzon was ideal for my wife and we intend to use the hotel as a short weekend trip regularly. The breakfast was very good, the guestroom comfort was also of a high standard. We had every evening meal at the Hotel and all was perfect. Indoor pool all good. No complaints

We would recommend paying a little extra for seaview guestrooms as they are more quiet than those facing the road and obviously offer great views

The location by the sea makes it worth to pay little bit extra for the seaview. Staff was great. Lost my charger for my phone and the cleaning lady borrowed me hers. Had problem with the internetconnection and one of the staff came up to the room in 5 minutes to find that it was no problem but me writing the wrong username. Our room was cleaned spotless everyday and the ayvalik toast is to die for! Will be back! The restuarant is nice, food is good! A mix of turkish tradional food and european in a updated blend.

The friendly staff and good breakfast, relaxation and fittness facilities, and out door play area for children, and the beautiful garden.
